I’d give zero stars if i could. I’ve lived here 6 months and TWO packages over $50 have been “mysteriously misplaced” and “stolen” from my mailbox, which only I have a key to. And ive been to the post office multiple times trying to locate my packages and your employees are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Once in 6 months is ridiculous, how hard is it to put a package in the correct box but TWO? In the same scenario? They are marked delivered in the box and nothings there, no key OR THE WRONG KEY?

how about y’all stop marking packages ad delivered when they’ve not showed up. I’ve had this problem several times. Currently waiting on a very expensive package that was marked delivered 3 days ago and still haven’t seen it.

I really, really, really wish that my medication bag; that contains an entire months worth of medications, would stop getting shoved in my mailbox.
My bag comes with weekly med packs that end up busted open and loose in the bottom of my bag.
Weeks mixed together but, worse of all, medications are crushed.
My inhaler boxes crushed and one inhaler canister is loose in the bottom of my bag with the loose medications.
This is not the first time this has happened and it won't be the first time I've complained about this. What the flip?!

Even with an exact address on their they return your mail for an incomplete address. Then they make you sit on hold forever, not allowing you to figure out the issue. Either I'm getting my package or the post office is reimbursing me.

I'm seeing a lot of people share similar stories about Kelsey and I wanna say it's happened to me as well. She lied to my face about my package being sent back on a day she wasn't there but when I checked on the automated system, it seems that she had sent it back the day I talked to her not even an hour before. She made light of my package being sent back with important documents and acted like she was trying to help knowing that the damage had already been done.

Kelsey Ferguson is an amazing asset to your company I’ve had several issues with our mail carrier Kelsey located our package that was delivered without a signature to a new construction house open garage unacceptable I went and picked it up luckily it was still there Kelsey was diligent and precise she stayed with me on the phone even after work hours

If I could give this post office a -10000 stars I would. Kelsey (however you spell it) who is the supposed supervisor at this location is not who want to deal with at this location. She lies and holds information from you about your own mail. She is super unhelpful. She has a bad attitude. I tried to be nice Friday and go in and try to resolve an issue yet again with this post office and it’s mail delivery and she acted like she was disgusted with helping me when I was just trying to help resolve my issue trying to figure out how I could get my mail since my neighbors are always getting my mail and now I have a missing package yet again. I have had packages opened and have had packages in others mailboxes and I have had mail left at my doorstep that clearly fits in the box. Sooooo many issues. Anyways Kelsey took my info on Friday and told me she would call me either that day or Monday and that she would let me know what was going on. Saturday our community boxes had keys on the ground and the box for outgoing mail had keys just sitting in it and it wide open. I tried to call the post office and no answer. I tried to call customer service and no answer . Today which is Tuesday I call and talk to Kelsey again and ask about the status since she didn’t call me back and she again acted disgusted on the phone and told me that she wasn’t telling me any detail about my package and my claim. She just told me that our mail person hasn’t been there. Okay so we have a new one who doesn’t know what they are doing now? Tried to be nice still asking what I needed to do to get all of this resolved and she just told me to put a claim in and so yes here I am she has no customer service skills and she lies and she has no business being in the postal service because when told about the keys on the ground she acted like she didn’t know what a community mailbox was. Unfortunately I have to deal with this awful post office that their staff don’t have no care in the world. But this Kelsey girl is awful and really she needs to be let go or find a job she don’t have to deal with people. I feel bad for her family that has to deal with her along with her friends I hope she isn’t their role model.

Okay so basically I moved a month ago and I get that forwarding mail takes a little while to sort out but that’s not my issue. My issue comes with letters that are addressed to my NEW ADDRESS not showing up. I came here and spoke with Kelsey who was going to talk to the distributor and get back to me. That was days ago and I still haven’t gotten any of my mail!! Every time I try to call it will ring but then give me a busy signal so I can’t even call the number she wrote down for me! She was friendly but I am not getting mail and it’s been a month!

I had a package delivered and the product was not in the there. So I called them and someone put me on hold for over 15 minutes until it went to a busy ton and disconnected. They now won’t pick up the phone which is very odd to me. Kinda sad knowing what the package was. Custom to a car so they probably can’t use it anyways! So thank you local post office. I originally didn’t suspect they did it but now I’m not so sure.

Workers make you wait in line for someone ahead of you needing to write down an address on a box that their labels apparently can't get done for you, but then turn you away when you've been waiting next in line and apparently need the same thing done! Rude hypocrites
