Jake, the shift lead, was incredibly rude for no reason. I hate giving the store such a negative review because the store manager called me and personally apologized, but Jake himself didn’t.
The pharmacy staff are always so kind and compassionate.
It really is only Jake who should be retrained or not put in front of customers. I’m a union organizer - it’s my bread and butter and. I am as pro-worker as they come - and never in my life have I left a negative review about a worker, but after I was really kind, gentle, etc., Jake was totally rude for no reason whatsoever.
Again, the store manager was great - he called to hear my side of the story. Jake, it costs nothing to be kind to people. We all have bad days. If you don’t wanna be around people, ask to do something that doesn’t have you involved with customers.
Do better. You deserve better as do your customers.

I've been a customer here at this store for a couple of years ,never had a problem with them before but the last 2 weeks I've had an awful time getting my prescriptions filled when their due !! Last week I had to do without one for a day because they neglected to fill it like they said they would !! It wasn't a medication I could do without but I didn't have a choice now this week it the same thing again. I was send a text saying diabetic prescription was ready for pick up but when I went to get it it hadn't been filled now I'm without it for tonight's dose !! Im done with Walgreens I'll be getting my medicine by mail

I'm not a fan of this Walgreens and one other too. The women that work in the pharmacy a rude!! I wouldn't just write this if it was a one or two time experience, but no, it's ALL the time!! Every time I call or come to this Walgreens, those women are extremely rude.

I’m not one to leave reviews, however. My fiancé and I tried to drop off a fedex package through Walgreens, and we couldn’t. Despite having everything we needed, the incompetent employee providing our service insisted that we didn’t have our shipping label and offered no solution. We then asked for the manager who marched her way toward us, already angry at us. The whole time we tried to be as understanding and reasonable as possible, but both of them made us feel like nuisances. Right before leaving, the employee taped our box back up very poorly, and then became irritated at us because she ran out of tape. Since this employee operates both the cashier and the FedEx orders, I’ll insist that nobody who respects themselves should visit this Walgreens.

I went to drop off a package thru fed-ex, there was a line at the front cashier, I waited patiently. I went to see if I could find someone to help and found Miranda in the candy aisle looking confused with two bags of candy in her hands. I asked if anyone was available to help with fed-ex drop off, she very rudely said that I would have to wait until the cashier was caught up. I stood and waited. She then came over to the fed-ex counter acting very annoyed and bothered by having to assist with Fed-ex, scanned the label on the package and threw it into a locker behind the counter. I asked her for a receipt to show I had dropped off the package and she rudely informed me that they do not give receipts. She does not know why, but they don’t do that. I asked if there was someone more familiar with the fed-ex service that could help and I got a dissertation from Miranda about how she had been there for 10 years, and nobody knows more than her. News flash Miranda, you obviously do not know everything, because every other time I have dropped a package for fed-ex, I received a receipt. She needs to take her headset out of her ear and pay attention! Miranda was rude and very condescending. Do not recommend drop off at Walgreens west for fed-ex!

Never have medication ready when we call or the doctor call it in days ahead of time. Go to pick it up and have to wait!!!! They know people get the same pets meds every month but they say it in order so have to wait or get parcels and pick rest up later. But!!!!! When you call in the next they make you wait on the day you picked up you parcel and call that the time your refill is due!!!!!!!! Was going to change to pharmacy close to me but they closed :(

Been coming here for years and still have to wait over an hour for a single prescription... Dr sent my prescription in at 1145 and I'm still waiting at 140. The place is completely empty and business looks very slow and yet it still takes hours, they need to find new pharmacist that actually care about there customers needs and not goofing off while people have to wait hours holding up there real life. And to add fuel to the fire they take lunch while I've been waiting over an hour already... Truly pathetic excuse of a pharmacy

Pharmacist (Kim) you are a racist, bad manners, horrible experience with this lady by the name KIM, amazing how Walgreens aloud this behavior of an employee this is absolutely outrageous. I have contacted Walgreens Corporate regarding this lady and her unprofessional mistreatment of hispanic customers. I was amazed at her bad, unruly customer service, I waited 45 minutes just to watch how this lady treated 2 customers who weren't able to speak english, her derragatory and very bad behavior was out of line, shame on this type of person that mistreated this 2 ladys. Shame on you Ms Kim for your lack of kindness to other people who look different than you or can speak your language. Shame on you for your poor and unprofessional behavior. Shame on Walgreens for keeping this type of employee working and not doing anything about it.
