We have had trouble twice within a week and they charged my grandma twice and now were going in circles still trying to get her money back and she is on a fixed income you know and we have no vehicle so everytime we have to come back it cost her $20 to get there and back and it's just ridiculous the workers don't give a damn bout the customers cause they haven't helped my grandma at all I end up having to come to Walmart and show my ass for them to do anything and I promise you it will not happen again cause we are done shopping there and if she does come back there she will NOT use her debit card this is just ridiculous so I hope everyone is checking their recipe cause they will get you and everyone don't have extra money for them to take it's just bullshit and we were on the phone from 2:00p.m to 6:45 p.m trying to get someone to answer that's just nonsense

I just went to the Walmart on the East End of Morristown to purchase a Christmas gift now that the kids are asleep for my little girl. The same item is $20 less at the Rogersville location. since I had a couple of other places to go in Morristown I figured I'd go ahead and go to this one to pick it up since I figured all Walmart prices are the same. Also I knew that Walmart's did price match. Well I get inside and the price is different. There was an associate in the aisle that told me to take it up front and they would match the price. The CSM up front did not match the price and inform me that the only price matching they do now is with walmart.com, not even with other stores. they sure made sure to let us know that they did price match but definitely did not let us know that it had ended and they only matched walmart.com, not even their own stores. I will never shop Walmart again. Especially if they can't even match their own prices. Low price guarantee my butt.

I have never been a big fan of Walmart, hubby is, so I decided to get out of the vehicle... Way better than Sevierville Wal-Mart...fairly clean...very busy, 1/4 public with masks on... Hope Jefferson county does not get a spike in covid cases... Employees, masked, and were very nice. I felt way to many in masked folks to feel comfortable shopping so we headed out.

The new remodel of the store it look wonderful! We stopped in this past weekend just to pickup a couple of things. I had not been in the store for a few months. It looked great! The clothes department goes on forever! But I didn't go there for clothes. I went for a hard to find item in the jewelry department. I couldn't find the jewelry. I did find the electronics where a young man hunched down at a register hopped up and told me where to go. When I got there no one to help. Thinking I could find the item myself, I started looking. not finding it I started looking for an associate. Other customers were looking for help also. One even wanted to buy a watch. I looked in the clothing, the fitting room all around. Finally, a girl walked by (not stopping) , after stopping her myself asked her for help, she stated "They are probably on their break." Come on! Does all the employees take a break at the time? At this point I was so frustrated I found my husband to get out of there. We started to use the self check out which he hates. The produce item he had picked up didn't have a sticker so he went back and took a sticker off another item the same (it wasn't something that has too be weighed so we thought it would be fine). Checked out and went on our way. My thoughts are: Wal-Mart, you did a good job on your updates but you used too much of your budget and had to decrease your already depleted employee budget and had to let some people go cause there aren't any employees working on the floor to help your customers. Thanks, but I'll use a different Wal-Mart from now on. Ok? If enough people felt the same, it would have paid you to skip the remodel and had more help on the floor.

Where do I begin with this store? How about the fact that there are never enough cashiers available for all of the customers? Or the fact that they recently installed MORE self-checkouts, which many of us do not like. Or what about how many (not all) of the employees are unfriendly and couldn't care less about your shopping experience. Look, I realize working at Wal-Mart sucks; I've done it, but I always managed to at least act like I wanted to be there to help the customer. Many of the employees at this store have zero customer service skills. Oh, and unless it's winter, DO NOT GO IN THERE. Seriously, even in the summer months, that store is ridiculously hot. My wife and I literally drip sweat just standing in an aisle due to the heat.

I purchased a everstart battery from this store in less than a year it failed they replaced it at no charge this battery lasted less than a month failed again. Think these batteries are junk but your stuck until you bite the bullet and pay for a real battery.

Anymore just an overall horrible place to be. All the lines are always maxed out with only three cashiers. I bought new tires here in June. Since I've purchased the tires I've already had to come back one more time for a balance. That was a week ago. I still have an issue going on so I'm back here again. When the intended meets you and you pull up. Seems there always not so customer-friendly because they're so short-staffed and pressured it seems. When you talk to the guy that's writing up your ticket...when he talks back to youn it's like he's talking at you not to you. Like he's not even really listening to your concerns for the job that he's getting paid to do! I'm sure these guys don't make much and I'm sure they have to deal with a lot of stressful clients. But anymore I don't think I'd recommend anyone coming here. They don't have enough help and it seems like it's always young kids
