I had gone in tonight and was trying to do a Cash Transaction, however as I pulled a large bill out Wanda refused to take my transaction. I had asked her the reason for it and she stated it was passed 9pm. I never had this issue in the past and I asked where in the companies policy did it state that she couldn’t. She did not answer and she stated she could not. I then proceeded to ask her for corporates number and she rudely replied you can google it on your “thing”— which she pointed at the phone. I felt discriminated against and rudely treated by her. For someone who is part of management or leadership you would think she would have handled the situation different as I myself am in a similar role. This is not the first time she has been rude to customers but associates as well. In an another occasion I purchased an item and she then proceeded to be rude to the associate Freddie in front of customers. I could visibly see he did not like the way he was being treated or how the situation was handled. He was kind to myself however again coming from a leadership role she should not have handled the situation as such. She creates a hostile environment towards associate and customers. Her role should be reevaluated. I would like for a follow up email or call to ensure that customers and associates feel comfortable with working or purchasing from store 1065.
Thank you.

I’ve been coming to this Weigel’s for years — since I was a kid — and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. Usually, it’s a smooth visit: I get gas, grab a drink, and I’m on my way. But today felt different, and honestly, disappointing.
After pumping gas, I went inside to grab a drink. There were two registers open, and I headed to the left one, where I stood in line. A lady who was about two steps behind me walked toward the right register. We waited about 10–15 seconds, and when the left register opened up (which I had been waiting for), the cashier didn’t even glance at me. Instead, she looked directly at the lady to my right — who had been in the other line — and said, “Hey, you were next, right?”
Even the other customer seemed confused and looked at me, clearly realizing I had been there first. I was caught off guard — I couldn’t believe I was just completely overlooked like that. It felt intentional. I ended up paying at the right register when it opened, but the way the situation was handled left a really bad taste in my mouth.
It honestly made me wonder — was it how I looked? Was I dressed a certain way? Did she assume there might be a language barrier? I don’t want to assume the worst, but it felt personal, and it felt wrong. I’ve always respected this place and never had a complaint in all these years, but this experience was upsetting.
I hope this review reaches someone who can address it, because I’d hate for someone else to feel the way I did today — especially at a place I’ve trusted and supported for so long.

The only negative thing I ever experienced at any Weigel's is sometimes a long line with only one register and other Cashiers doing who knows what. It's annoying especially if a customer in front of me is oblivious to a long line forming. Other than that it's prob one of the best convenience store gas stations because of the deli and large selection of snacks and sweet bites. The deli is so good that it gives many fast food restaurants a rum for their money! They have a great choice of hot sandwiches, pizza, and other fried finger foods. Definitely a great place if you are wanting to only make one stop for a bite to eat and to get gas.

Tammy at the Weigels 2106 W. Andrew Johnson, Morristown, Tn went above and beyond for me. They were extremely busy with a long line and she still made time to go out of her way to help me with something. She was very professional yet extremely kind!

Weigel's #65, Andrew Johnson, Morristown, TN = Garbage.
No one bothers to refill the paper towel dispensers at any of the pumps.
The pumps NEVER give a receipt. They all always read: Receipt issue. See cashier.
Multiple pumps never seem to work. They'll take your card info, approve the transaction but never allow for a grade selection or actually start pumping gas.
Avoid this location. It's clearly neglected and not a priority to whomever is responsible for this location.

Cashier has difficulty with logic, and invoked the race card when I questioned him for making me wait in line for a third time for the same transaction - for which he mistakenly gave me someone else’s receipt.
Fortunately the manager settled him down and opened another register… if the guy has emotional problems, he should seek counseling.
Do not recommend this particular store.
