They'll turn your 26$ water bill into a 500$ bill and ding your credit if you move houses. All bills had 0 usage and the new tenant was already paying them for the new service. Horrible company

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Their online portal is messed up and didn’t charge the card that is on AUTOPAY. Cut off the water and is refusing to turn it back on when there is 3 kids at the house with one being a month old. I will be filing a complaint with TPUC. Do better.

Worst utility company we have ever used. They are a fraud and rip off. Received my bill and it says previous meter reading 1300 present 1100 which is 200 gallons. However they charged me 9800 gallons please tell me how you do your math Whitt Utility pretty sure 1300-1100 is 200 not 9800.
