“Had to go to BaJaRons today, traveling from Florida to Michigan. First stop Pigeon Forge Tennessee trailoring my Spyder RT, unloading Spyder and bracket which protects reverse actuator was bent from bottoming out on trailer. At first it was stuck in reverse and hung up on trailer, no forward or neutral. Shut down bike and pushed it back onto trailer, used my car jack to push bracket back into place. Now forward gears working and no reverse. We ended up getting around the Smokies with no Reverse. Called BajaRon and explained my situation and they let me bring it in first thing this morning. They new what the problem was and had me up and running an hour later. I really appreciate that they understood I was just traveling thru and needed help and took care of me first thing. The store is usually neat and I've never had any issues finding what I needed or getting help from someone to figure out what I need at times.”
“My son's car was 1st damaged by an accident involving black ice. I contacted Roger and Nathan-they were available to take a look at the car to see if they could fix it (the entire passenger side was messed up, headlight to rear bumper). They worked with my insurance company and kept me informed along the way. Got the car back and it looked as good as when it was driven off the dealers lot. Had the car back 2 days and it was backed into messing up the - you guessed it - front passenger side (quarter panel, trim on wheel well, tire, headlight, as well as the entire front bumper and left headlight). I contacted Nathan and he was able to fit us right in to get the car fixed again. They worked with my insurance company again, as well as kept us informed of what was going on. Just picked up the car and it looks magnificent - looks like a brand new car. Nathan and his dad, Roger, did not try to over charge us just because we had insurance. “Brian Myers has come through in the pinch for me many times. He and his chief mechanic Elvis have installed rebuilt transmissions on my 1993 Nissan Hardbody truck and my 2000 Nissan Quest van. I was also recently able to buy the headlight control module for the van which enabled me to install LED bulb upgrades. I'm so glad I found these guys and would recommend that you check with them first when seeking hard to find parts or a repair quote”

“I came in today 4/10/24 because both high beams went out on my car. Matt was a young associate you can to me when i walked in to see if he could help me. He didn't hesitate to come outside and immediately after going to the trouble of pulling out my right bulb new that it needed replacing and said he was sure the other one did too. He even showed me where both bulbs were blown. He took me back in the store and helped me purchase two new bulbs and then went back outside to replace them for me. He was a young man and didn't hesitate once and I am so glad he was the one to help this 70 year old lady, which was me!! I come in 8:45 am with collant leak I explain them my situation that my drivers already sitting for 2 days regarding collant leak so I have to be in and out quickly.
They promised me they will do their best and they did they change radiator till next morning 9AM what I consider super fast because they have ordered a part.

“Bought a New battery for my car, and noticed that it wasn't holding the charge. Kept having to charge it. Took the car to Kykers and they tested the battery and said it was the battery. So I took it back to Advanced and they gave me another New battery. No hassles, installed it.Happy customer.”
