“If I could give more stars I would. Body work on my older (2010 Subaru) exceeded expectations. So very happy with the color match and the overall work. The staff is super helpful and friendly and helped us save money. Highly recommend J&G Body Shop. Thank you so much Jacob and Sandy & Team! Love how my car turned out.”

“Had just purchased a really nice used vehicle, had it for just a couple of weeks, and someone pulled out in front of my wife! Passenger side was pretty badly scraped up, and the front wheel was all messed up. I was very impressed with the professionalism, and the attention to detail from the estimate to the finished repair. They even took it to a dealership to make sure everything was calibrated to manufacturer's specs when they were done. It took a little while to get it all done, but it was OK since the insurance provided a rental car. The car ended up looking as good as new! Completely satisfied! If I ever need body work again, I would happily go back.”

“The young man named Dave what is the guy that helped me get the belt for my Jaguar which was not an easy part to get and he also got it delivered same day to the O'Reilly's by me and I didn't have to pay for it upfront and he made it very simple and easy for me to understand and get my part so overall I am extremely satisfied with this service especially with Mr Dave who made me feel both welcome and not a idiot for not understanding everything there is to know about cars and mechanics O'Reilly's on Asheville highway is by far the best auto parts store in town or in the Tri-City area due to this man's attentiveness and friendliness he deserves more than just a raise because he is the reason I'll be going back and recommending more people to shop there so I appreciate you Dave and I hope you have a blessed day”

“If you go here, ask for Kevin to do the body work on your vehicle! He is absolutely amazing at what he does. We brought our car here after getting rear ended and this is not the first time Kevin has worked on our car. Always satisfied with him and the young man in the front office!”

“I backed into the front of my son's truck and completely ruined the left quarter panel, fender and bumper ,including the metal bar that holds on the bumper, everything was bent in,the paint had chipped and cracked, I even broke my tag holder. I asked Nathan for an estimate to fix all the damage, the price he quoted me was FAR more than reasonable, and was the best estimate I had gotten. I took my jeep in last Monday to have it worked on, Nathan looked at it and discovered it had more damage than he originally thought. He sent me pictures and explained what needed to be done I agreed and he started the repairs. Nathan sent me pictures of what he was doing every day and kept me well informed. I picked my jeep up about an hour ago and can not praise him and his father enough. You can't tell that it was ever damaged, it looks like it just came off the lot. They did a fantastically wonderful job and if I could give a 10 star rating I would. Great service, very professional, high quality, and very affordable.I highly recommend Custom Body Shop to any and everyone needing bodywork”

“Brian Myers has come through in the pinch for me many times. He and his chief mechanic Elvis have installed rebuilt transmissions on my 1993 Nissan Hardbody truck and my 2000 Nissan Quest van. I was also recently able to buy the headlight control module for the van which enabled me to install LED bulb upgrades. I'm so glad I found these guys and would recommend that you check with them first when seeking hard to find parts or a repair quote”

“After speaking with O’reilly’s, Autozone, and Take5 quick change, I had the good fortune of calling Advance Auto…. I spoke with a Bre and after a brief hold, she was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and showed patience while my awful cell service cut in and out….so I am headed to Advance Auto on 105 Asheville Hwy Greeneville TN, a 25 minute drive, right now, to do business with Advance Auto “solely” due to the customer satisfaction I received from Bre over the phone. She is a credit to the franchise.”
