The Mount Pleasant branch is recommended, with an awesome and wonderful group working there. The staff and ladies are always helpful, friendly, kind, and curious, providing quick service. They go above and beyond for all needs, offering sound financial advice and assistance with accounts and loans. While waits can sometimes occur, the service is pleasant and reliable, with staff getting back to customers quickly. United Community is in it together with its customers.

Liz Spears and her entire staff are well versed in the banking business. They are the friendliest and most helpful group I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my 60 yrs of banking. It really doesn't matter the name of the bank. What matters is the service, and this crew provides excellent service.
