“Picked up the trailer with no problems. The gentleman at the location hooked it up for me. The trailer itself pulled very nice with my GMC 1500 Sierra. In fact, I was impressed by the way it rode. The only downside was it didn't have a jack on the tongue, which made it a bit difficult when I dropped it off by myself. I brought a bottle jack with me, and it made it easier to lift from the hitch. I will definitely rent from Mangrum Enterprises again if I need another trailer. Very good experience.”

“Great place to have your stuff stored. Good to know they have someone in the office most hours with cameras if you have any issues unlike other storage places. A variety of storage units and fairly affordable prices compared to other places. Lady in office is real nice.”

“Had a very tough moving situation this weekend (aren’t they all tough). I picked up a 5x9 trailer from another location because this one didn’t have them. The location I went to I couldn’t find the office or get anyone to answer the phone. I called this location on Cayce Lane and spoke with Amber. She went out of her way to not only to walk me through how to get it done, but actually took time out of her day to call me to ensure that my trailer was dispatched to make sure I no longer was stressing about it. None of this was technically her job or responsibility, not only did she help me, but she went out of her way to make a phone call to me just so she could help. The world needs morePeople like her. Very impressed.”
