“I just wanted to come and drop a positive review for this location and their excellent service. I got in a wreck recently on my way to visit my girlfriend and the cops recommended Mountain View. They came out and towed my car for free and held it over the week while I was traveling. I was able to get everything worked out with insurance and didn’t pay a dime, had access to my car and just overall super friendly.

“Busy place, they quoted me over a week out until they could look at my truck. Then they called me the very next day, like 2 hrs after the shop was "closed," to say the mechanic had stayed late working, decided to just take a look, and that I could pick my truck up in the morning. Will come back here every time I need something. A+”
“Wes has worked on vehicles for my entire family and has been my go to mechanic for awhile now. He has always been very thorough and quick with his work. His rates are extremely fair. He has replaced brake lines, rotated tires, replaced a transmission, replaced struts, replaced engine mounts, replaced coil packs, changed out batteries, replaced radiator,replaced broken headlight switches,changed oil. On one occasion I gotten a newer vehicle as soon as I got it I had an issue took it to wes and turned out the dealer didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way down when they did its first roation at purchase. so the noise was the tire trying to move. That may not seem like much but that could've ended with me losing a tire going down the road if he hadn't diagnosed and corrected it for me. He is a hardworking and honest man and I'd highly recommend him!”

“My car battery ? died today, and I called for 3 quotes on a new one. 2 others who will remain unnamed were in mid $175 range. I then called Napa, talked with Anthony who quoted me $142. So I immediately drove there after Bob had jumped started my dead battery. Once I arrived Lee and Bob greeted me very professionally. Then Lee proceeded to replace the old battery with new one free of charge. NOTE it was very easy to get at my battery. I strongly recommend Napa auto parts of mountain city TN!! THANKS ?
