“All nice people that work at the Bank. I don't like the current online banking like I de several years ago but still better than other local banks. At one time I would have rated it as the best before the change made. The new girl in new Accounts is so Pleasant to talk with. All Tellers seem to be very experienced.”

“I took my neighbor to the doctor today and she wanted to go to Johnson county bank this was my third time taking a friend to this bank my neighbor had been at this bank for a long time and is very pleased with the service she had received I think she had been there banking for years we went to the drive thru today my neighbor cashed a check and the lady at the window was very nice and courteous evey time I have took a friend here there they have been nice and helpful the drive thru was very fast not a long wait they also have a drive thru ATM if you need to use a debit or credit card and very fast nice helpful employees I would recommend this bank if you are looking for a place to do banking or maybe take out a loan so you may want to check out this bank take care God bless ??”

“I am new to town and asked a question, if the bank was open on Wednesday's, because I saw that a lot of other banks were closed. Elizabethton Federal answered my question, very fast and they are open on Wednesday's. Excellent customer service!!!!”
