one of their drivers backed into my truck at the truck stop, i called they said gave me a claim number to call their insurance and get it taken care of. about a week later they had their driver change his story saying he dind't hit anyone. to top it all off driver only had his license for a couple of months and had a trainer in the truck with him.

Stoopid Kenworths, got paccar engines,if the truck fails you, probably will get one worse than you already have,or be out of pay for few days.. bonuses, miles, dispatch, time off, pay, great ?..hector in el Paso terminal is a difficult person, ignore him..all around great company, can sit ? alot, time to think walk, sleep, cook, try not to pester dispatch,be patient,or else, easy to get more time wondering bout next load, truck tears up, just keep going til it quits moving or else..

They were a decent company to drive for and paid well. A majority of the miles driven were on I-40. Most of the rest were below, I-10, 20, 30 south and east U.S.

One of your drivers just flung his door open and hit the mirror on my truck, then he crawled into the bunk and hid without even acknowledging it, Truck number 2020

Sally is an absolutely amazing recruiter! And overall person. DHT should be very glad to have her support and assistance with the onboarding experience. As Tennessee driving is only temporary for me while enjoying my home near lookout mountain, Only thing I have to say about DHT is that the miles with the company was not consistent. I Tried to come up with an agreement in regards to salary or dedicated route with DHT team before deciding to depart from company but unfortunately simply no. Ryan fletcher was the dispatcher assigned to me, he lacked energy, excitment and leadership in my opinion. Still do wish him all the best. To Lee Bishop who was and is an incredible Logistics OTR trainer, thanks again for all the learning experience provided, always grateful. An always remember, stay Certified!!!.

I was dating one of Danny Herman's Truck Drivers during the 1990's. This is when Danny Herman was managing it. He was going to take me with him into the office at Mountain City, TN. He warned me in advance not to say anything in front of Danny Herman because he was hateful. He said he was tall and hateful.

One of your drivers almost ran over a man and his children in a grey van as I was driving behind your trucker he was carelessly driving he ran a red light as We both honked our horns at him he just went on speeding in a 25 school zone that’s also under construction! Luckily for me I pulled out my phone to get the license plate and number of truck. Tennessee plates U389658 truck # 13182 he was driving in HOLLAND MICHIGAN on 17th streetALSO on the truck says YOU PAY FOR EXPERIENCE please PLEASE TRIPLE check your drivers because one day they will kill someone driving like this!

Started working for DHT a couple of months ago, all I have are amazing things to say about this company. I had almost given up on trucking, so many companies that do not care about their drivers. This is a company with great values, a family atmosphere, they treat you with respect. God made it clear he wanted me here and I'm so glad I trusted Him!

Trucking is trucking but this is a great company to work for. I started working here earlier this year when the company I was working for ceased operations. I looked at a lot of companies but I’m glad I chose DHT. They get me home when I need to be. Good miles, Great lanes, good equipment, driver friendly freight. But most of all great people to work with. Very family oriented. Just a great place to be part of. Thanks for bringing me on board DHT!

For the second time today one of their trucks pulled out of Kenworth trucking in front of me when I had a green light and was going nearly 60 miles per hour. I have contacted the company both times to which Noone seems to care. Today I have also filed a complaint with the state due to their careless and wreckless driving. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and anyone else I can to assure this stops as someone is going to end up injured or even dead at the hands of this careless company and its drivers who seem to have zero clue what the laws are in the state of Ohio.

DHT is a very good Trucking company their fair and upfront from the beginning of the recruitment process I never felt lied too or misled like I have several times before with other companies I really do believe they set a good standard in this industry on how to treat and respect the Drivers their only flaws in my opinion is their hometime and running lanes if DHT ever started a regional division that would get truckers home every weekend was efficient with the load planning so the drivers still made a good solid paycheck combined with how they treat their drivers I think they would make a big splash in this industry and surpass what they've already accomplished but on awhole different level because in today's times the drivers want hometime and that reigns Supreme in the priority lists so if they ever accompanied that and made it a reality their business would sky rocket beyond what they've already done which is great
