Anyone know the contact number for this car wash? Picked the $7 option. Put in $7 cash and it didnt recognize the cash. Then I tapped my card and it charged me $10.”
“Like every other automated car wash, it doesn’t get everything off my car like I’d prefer to see. But I’ve never come away with a problem on customer service at either the Kingsport or Johnson City sites.
In fact, I recently lost the sticker tag on the windshield when the cracked glass had to be replaced. I stopped at the Kingsport site and Peyton (maybe misspelled), the assistant manager, happened to be working. He went above and beyond to get me a new sticker and displayed the approach I always love to see. Big kudos to him and the company for hiring him.”

“I called to let them know that I don’t live around here and needed it done asap. they worked me in for 8am. I dropped my car off and talked with the owner. so friendly. I got my car back around 3:30 to it absolutely spotless. the majority (if not all) of my stains were completely removed. my car literally looked brand new inside and out. he informed me that some of the stains were very tough and may appear in time, but to just bring it back and he would work on them. for only being $207 (with discount), I was astonished. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across that needs a detail. thank you so much!! will be posting pics soon.Services: Steam cleaning”
“I promised my car if it got me through the move I'd give her a good cleaning lol. My first time here. It's very clean, the man at the entrance cleaned the tires and back of my car very well. The vacuums all worked and didn't dislodge (an experience I had at a different place). The grounds were free of clutter and there was plenty of towels and window cleaner. Will be a regular here.”
“Older carwash but, well maintained. Price is very affordable and hasn't changed since before Covid, during Covid and to current date. However, there isn't a posted name and number of responsible party that oversees the carwash and vending machines. Prices not clearly posted on some machines. If you should have a problem, your only alternative is to leave a note on the door in back. I use this specific carwash exclusively and highly recommend it to anyone who is price conscious but, that requires QUALITY.”
“Did my 2016 Ram ecodiesel for a fraction of the cost compared to any detailer in the TriCities area:). Included the engine for 70 dollars and change which included the tax. Excellent job!! This will be my choice in the future:).”
“Very nice and clean car wash. I was in and out in a jiffy. Plenty of vacuums, and car wash stalls. All the equipment worked. Person there checking all the equipment and was cleaning. Cleanest car wash in Kingsport. Will be using again for sure”
“Pretty good car wash. The brushes were in good shape & it put out soap and wax like it should. It's also still .50 cents for 3mins!!! I was real pleased & will be back next time im in that end of town!! ??”
