We have eaten subs from here a total of 3 times. Sandwiches were good, but service 2 out of the 3 times was not good. The second time I ordered thru the app and when I got there to pick up there was only one employee and she had a store full of customers. She hadn't had time to make the order. She apologized and I was ok with it. This last time, the app wouldn't submit the order so I just drove to the store to order. Upon arriving I noticed once again, only one employee. Both times I was in store at 4-5 pm. Line was to the door. The employee this time was very upset, fussing and complaining LOUDLY. She emptied out a bucket and turned around and tossed it behind her. She repeatedly stated "I'm just going to walk out, I'm tired of this". A gentleman that walked in behind me turned around and left. I followed shortly thereafter. I completely understand the employee's frustration, but at the same time she didn't set a good impression. I ended up going to another store and was able to get my sub. But I noticed this store too, only had one employee. Subway please do better!

I am not one to give bad reviews but this subway deserves it. On 04/18/2024 at about 12 est. My friend and I went in to get sandwiches. We went in and ordered three six inch pita sandwiches as we were told they no longer sold wraps which was fine. Three people were working had to constantly repeat what we requested they seemed as though they were confused totally out of it. They were preparing a foot long when I continued to tell them I requested a six inch so when we got to register they rang up twelve inch and two six inch I repeated AGAIN I requested a six inch so should have been three 6 inch. I told them to do a refund and I wanted a six inch I guess it was the manager and her two helpers that we actually owed more money because one was a twelve inch. They couldn't grasp the concept it was suppose to be three six inch. Had I not been raised better I would have thrown the order I their face. They staff were sloppy looking in appearance not what you want to see serving you. I normally get subs from the in Kingsport next to hospital they have a wonderful attentive staff but because of where I live would have go back into town. We were going to Laurel Run park I have never had a bad experience with a Subway. I WILL NEVER USE THE ONE IN Churchhill again wish There had been a competant there when I was there.

I love being able to deal with the same employees because over time after you to know each other they take more pride in customer service in more ways than one thanks to the evening employees for making a food trip worth while taking as always thanks for making our sandwiches correct and awesome yal thank you thank you thank you for everything

Food was great, staff was friendly and fast. Only complaint I have, is there is a very loud alarm on the door. I understand needing something so that the workers in the back know someone is there. It literally sounds like a bomb. I feel like one ding, maybe two would be plenty. It's unpleasant to be eating in the restaurant and dinging constantly going on. Other than that, experience was great. Some of the sodas were out, but it was a Sunday and they just got through with a rush so I don't really want to complain about the sodas that's understandable after a rush. They were working on cleaning, and restocking whenever we left so they were trying to get back on track.

If you accidentally place an online order or this location when you intended it to be a different location, they won’t answer the phone when you immediately call to cancel. They will then give you a run around, telling you that they cancelled the order and refunded you. Meanwhile, they won’t. Once you reach out a few times, the manager will just stop responding to you. Customer service doesn’t exist.

Food is very average at best and prices are not good for the quality of food served. Supposedly have fresh sliced meats but I have not seen anyone there slicing meat. And vegetables are subpar at best.
