My husband has always used O’Reillys in Munford, TN for car parts and etc. This is the second time in the past two weeks we have been here and a worker by the name of Brian has been absolutely nothing but rude and disrespectful to us. He has not tried to help us with anything. He doesn’t want to do his job. He refuses to look for parts in the system or in the back of the store or tell us where we can find them in other places. We have always loved going there because everyone is always so helpful and in a hurry to help us with whatever we need. Well not this guy. It feels like we are nothing but a bother to him. I hate this because now we will be going to auto zone for things we need.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly untrained employees not knowing specific tasks and telling you over and over you bought the wrong part because they don’t know how to install it. So they put a part on without your consent and upcharge you because of their lack of service.

It was like a $7 item... Fixed instantly.. I genuinely felt blessed to stop in akatoa.

Your Employee J.T stopped on the side of the rouse the other day in the dark and changed a spare tire for me when I had forgot my tire iron, dude was a life saver and I hope someday I can repay him!
