Absolutely HORRIBLE internet service. They charge more every month that goes by, barely answer the phone and when they do its because an hour has gone by. Even then I won't receive any solutions. We go through daily outages that interfere with our everyday lives. Still with this horrendous service, they still expect you to pay every expensive payment on time and when you don't they add a FEE. It is insane that a horrible internet service comes with such expensive internet. The first month was completely perfect but once the second month hit, we got our internet cut off and almost got charged with an expensive fee until we proved that we in fact paid on time. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are allowed to get away with such acts. It is one of the worst services I have experienced EVER!

Better off rubbing two sticks and a rock together in hope for a wifi signal then relying on there (constant outages and weak service 24/7) signal

The person answering phone and phone technician were very professional and friendly. They truly seemed concerned. When the tech was unable to resolve my wifi issue, he scheduled an in-house technician for the next day. Jesse resolved the issue by replacing the outside line. He told me when to use 5G and helped me understand it. He was kind and working hard in this hot and humid area, that is recovering from storm damage.

I was having issues with my internet dropping out so I made an appointment to have a tech come out. CJ replaced the modem but realized something still wasn't right. He diagnosed that the problem was the cable at the pole. He and Josh replaced the cable and restored my internet service. CJ performed several tests to ensure my internet speed was as advertised.

The worst internet I’ve ever had or seen in my life. The internet package you buy for is completely inaccurate. I don’t see how a provider can be this awful. I don’t even get 1 MB/S download speed. 500 KB’s was the highest download speed I’ve ever gotten and it STAYS that way.

It was great at first but now it seems like every single morning the internet is out and it goes out multiple times a week on top of every morning. The modem will say connected when it clearly isn't and we still have to restart to get it to work. We definitely aren't getting what we pay for and there are no other options for internet here.

Since ritter communications acquired millington telephone, my service has continually gotten faster and more reliable. A lot of people seem to forget they have had to build the entire infrastructure for a large area, and it takes time. Whenever I've had problems there usually is a wait on the phone, but when I do get someone its a tech from the midsouth region who is fairly knowlegable, and theyre always willing to send someone out to take a look in person.

No matter when I’ve tried to get customer service from RITTER COMMUNICATIONS it has been less than a good experience. Customer service doesn’t even work at all on weekends!!

Absolute trash reliability and non competitive pricing for lack luster speeds. $88 a month for 100*mbps (never see it), when others offer double the speed for $60 a month. Can almost bet on losing your connection for no reason almost weekly. Perfect example of a business abusing customers when they have no other choice for a service. I’d sooner recommend using your phone as a hotspot!
