In store was great service but the delivery was mediocre at best. They unpackaged everything outside. So the bed was damaged on the way up to the bedroom. There's a chunk taken out of the footboard. Also only one of the two guys carried anything up. That also might have prevented this from happening.

Chris at this location is in serious need of a course on customer service. He’s rude, condescending, and combative. Every conversation I’ve had with him has been unpleasant. I originally set up my purchases via the website, but I wish I had gone in person instead. If I had an interaction with him before setting up a lease, I would have gone elsewhere. I can’t believe this guy is still in management, much less customer service.
Additionally, the website does not calculate your EZ pay payments correctly. So even if you have everything automated, you can’t escape dealing with him and his store.

My grandparents bought a washer & dryer from here for me. The washer made a dragging noise & broke in the middle of the agreement. They sent someone out to fix it in home. After the last payment it broke again, same problem as before & I called to get it fixed because it is within the warranty time frame after pay off. The store manager Kevin & another man came out & looked at it. Kevin said he knew what was wrong with it but that it would be fine & if I wanted it fixed it would be taken away for several weeks to be sent off to be fixed leaving me without a washer. I have a 4 year old autistic son whom is non verbal & has sensory issues so we are constantly washing clothes because if anything as small as water gets on his clothes he has a meltdown. I called back up to the store & told them I could not go several weeks & Desiree said she would see about getting the people who came out & fixed it the first time to come back. She never called back & instead sent one of the men to my house without warning to pick up my washer & he lied and said they were looking for me a loaner. I called back up to the store in which I was told that was my only option was to go without a washer for several weeks. I have called corporate which I have 2 tickets open with, I have no put in a BBB complaint & next I will probably move forward with a lawyer due to the stress this has caused me dealing with them. It’s almost like they sold a faulty product & just wanted to scam us out of it. Kevin is the most arrogant person I have ever spoke to in my life & not even sure how he qualifies to have the position he holds. Unacceptable. This has now been going on for a month.

Went in to the store to lease a couch. A lady named Desire’ greeted me when I walked in. I asked if they had any couches available. She started to look online and the phone rang. This lady held a 15 minute conversation while I stood there waiting for her to show me couches. And I can hear the phone conversation turn to a personal conversation. And only until I proceeded to walk out did she hang up and acknowledge that I was still waiting. Never mind I’ll go to Rent a Center.

Lean and The heavier set African American are so unprofessional! The guy called the police on me for trying to make a payment and then lied to then saying I threatened them! They not knowing that I had a customer representative from Aaron’s on the phone the whole time and on speaker , he still called the police and lied on me ! They will purposely send to your home , conversation or not just to ADD additional fees because the more your bill is , the more they get paid on commission and this has been stated by the store manger multiple times !AARONS is great to rent from if you get the right reps on your account but these two individuals are beyond disrespectful and unprofessional!! My situation has since been sent to the division and I hope no one else has to deal with these unprofessional and disrespectful acts when trying to own your property . AGAIN , AARONS , is a great company! The two individuals at the Murfreesboro location ARE NOT . They will add fees , get their money on their checks and do everything they can to get your merchandise taken from you & then Tim (regional manager) & Lean relationships so close that whatever she tells him , he believes. He has not even tried calling me once to see what’s going on . I NEVER THREATENED NO ONE AND ONLY WALKED IN THE STORE TO MAKE MY PAYMENT AND It RESULTED IN THEM CALLING THE POLICE AND MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS FOR NO REASON AT ALL!

I have been a Aaron's customer for over 20 years the staff have been wonderful to me and my family especially Curtis ❤ he is the most caring person and friend to me . If I need anything the staff is there for me don't go to this other rental places Aaron's is the best place to go I highly ? percent recommend them.

We had an awesome in store experience with Desiree.. however, whenever it came time to have our stuff delivered I cannot say we received the same amazing experience.
My friend and I reside at the same residence and had ordered a couch together (in her name) and a TV (in mine). The drivers first arrived at 12:33, per my ring camera footage — with no call, or notice of arrival. I was home but they left before I realized someone was at the door, I called and was told they were turning around.. however they did not arrive back at my house until around 5:00. This was not a big deal, but whenever they did finally arrive back at our address, the drivers made it well aware they were exhausted, and did not know if they should carry the couch up the stairs or use their dolly. (this is also on my doorbell camera).
They insisted on using the dolly, which they should NOT have because it made it impossible for them to get it up my stairs. The driver hit his head multiple times with the couch, and was using extreme profanity in front of my child.
Once they finally got the couch to the top of the stairs, they went to retrieve the love seat, I noticed there was paint on the couch and looked at the walls and noticed a large number of scratches. The love seat was tossed on the ground, in which resulted in a tear on the arm.
I immediately contacted the local office, of which Chris, I believe, answered the phone and told me to email pictures of what happened. I have yet to hear anything back from them… extremely disappointing

I would avoid renting anything from aarons they call it a lease but there basically a loan shark with triple the cost of what ever u purchase with them . I had got a couch and fell behind it happens . I returned the couch in perfect condition and there suing me in court for back rent which is probably fair but there attorney is wanting well over 2000 in legal costs and interest and court costs all for a 1300 couch . Save up find what u need on marketplace and avoid Aaron's .

I love this location, they've absolutely wonderful customer service and the gentlemen who deliver, Danny and Shawn. Are always great. Whether it's initial delivery or coming to fix something with my furniture they're always efficient and kind. I have gotten a Samsung washer and dryer from here, and now have a beautiful living room set. I couldn't be happier!

I've bought a few things and paid off in full. My 3,000 refrigerator that was bought 2 years prior started acting funny in December so I went to arrons to get another. Was gotten 12/27 with payments on third Friday of mth. My other refrigerator just needed defrost so in June I decided to just return I called 6/6 ans they picked up 6/13 said no future payments would be take out but on the 16th 200.00 was taken out so even those they say no more will b taken out they gonna do what they wnat forget aarons been loyal customer paid odd several expensive items but never again

I have been an Aarons customer since 2016- they tried to run my automatic payment this morning. It declined because I had all of my money in a different account.. I tried to make the payment over the phone but I noticed that it had charge me over a $10 late fee. I called the store and spoke with Chris who said it automatically charges a late fee when the payment doesn’t go through for easy pay. I told him I was prepared to pay my payment But not the late fee as it was still the day that it was due and not late. I was threatened with repossession of my furniture. I ended up making a payment online and calling the store to cancel my automatic payment. I’m not paying a late fee for a payment that is not late. I will no longer be doing business with the store. I will do business online or through the app.

I have used Aarons for years, they have always been a great company. Unfortunately it's not the case this time.I would never recommend it any type of praises of this place other than the guy that finally brought my dryer was the person that knows what customer service is. However the manager Chris is a very nasty p rsonand knows not hing about Customer service. This man hing up in my face and I am appalled by the fact he is a manager. I know these days are hard to find good people but with a manager like this one is sadding that a company that was great and it only takes one to bring it down and he is definitely the one that o bring it down.i will n vet every do any business with Amanda like this and definitely would tell anyone that listens that about what kind of man that o have in management

Aarons is the best furniture store, especially Mr. Chris he always keeps you updated on everything and will help you with anything you may need. I plan to shop for more items!!!!!
