I love this location, they've absolutely wonderful customer service and the gentlemen who deliver, Danny and Shawn. Are always great. Whether it's initial delivery or coming to fix something with my furniture they're always efficient and kind. I have gotten a Samsung washer and dryer from here, and now have a beautiful living room set. I couldn't be happier!

I've bought a few things and paid off in full. My 3,000 refrigerator that was bought 2 years prior started acting funny in December so I went to arrons to get another. Was gotten 12/27 with payments on third Friday of mth. My other refrigerator just needed defrost so in June I decided to just return I called 6/6 ans they picked up 6/13 said no future payments would be take out but on the 16th 200.00 was taken out so even those they say no more will b taken out they gonna do what they wnat forget aarons been loyal customer paid odd several expensive items but never again

I have been an Aarons customer since 2016- they tried to run my automatic payment this morning. It declined because I had all of my money in a different account.. I tried to make the payment over the phone but I noticed that it had charge me over a $10 late fee. I called the store and spoke with Chris who said it automatically charges a late fee when the payment doesn’t go through for easy pay. I told him I was prepared to pay my payment But not the late fee as it was still the day that it was due and not late. I was threatened with repossession of my furniture. I ended up making a payment online and calling the store to cancel my automatic payment. I’m not paying a late fee for a payment that is not late. I will no longer be doing business with the store. I will do business online or through the app.

Aarons is the best furniture store, especially Mr. Chris he always keeps you updated on everything and will help you with anything you may need. I plan to shop for more items!!!!!

I have used Aarons for years, they have always been a great company. Unfortunately it's not the case this time.I would never recommend it any type of praises of this place other than the guy that finally brought my dryer was the person that knows what customer service is. However the manager Chris is a very nasty p rsonand knows not hing about Customer service. This man hing up in my face and I am appalled by the fact he is a manager. I know these days are hard to find good people but with a manager like this one is sadding that a company that was great and it only takes one to bring it down and he is definitely the one that o bring it down.i will n vet every do any business with Amanda like this and definitely would tell anyone that listens that about what kind of man that o have in management

I've been a loyal Aaron's customer but this particular store is very, very disappointing! The day my furniture was supposed to be delivered, half the day passed before I finally call to inquire approximately what time my delivery would arrive. I was informed the truck had a flat, understandable, things happen. However, it's professional to at the very least call the customer to let them know the delivery don't be on time. I was told the manager was in a meeting and they'd call when it was done but I never received a call. Still no idea when I'll get my furniture which is highly upsetting when I've already made my payment. I had to take off work in order to be home for it but because it wasn't delivered, I'll have to take another day off. Highly, highly disappointed and upset at the lack of professionalism!!

I needed a couch so I went to see what they had and I talked to Diseree who was very professional and friendly. I found a couch I liked last week and they just delivered it a week later because of my work schedule. The delivery guys were awesome even though they had to deliver it to the third floor? and now I have a place to sit other than my bed. And toilet! Lol! I also had to deal with Chris a few days earlier and I had no issues with him as he was also very professional and nice. And as for some of the negative comments on here, I truly believe that what you put out there you will get back. Yes, there will be problems in life but being nice and respectful will get your problem solved quicker than being difficult.

Everyone else there knows how to handle and properly talk to someone except for one associate his name is CHRIS . chris is literally VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL , he’s gonna tell me I don’t know what I’m doing or my payment would’ve already been made when I spoke to a lovely lady a couple days before and she said it’s okay just make the payment when I can… that man doesn’t know how to speak to people and has TERRIBLE customer service , he has me to the point where I want to return my merchandise and wash my hands with Aaron’s , this has been the most unpleasant experience I’ve had and I will not be doing business with them any longer

CHRIS at this location was the most unprofessional, inappropriate, and rudest person. We have been loyal customers with Aaron’s because we travel for work and why buy when you can rent while your renting? We have bought out right multiple items and have rented a few times! The delivery has always been fantastic, and customer service has been too notch. Until this location. Chris spoke poorly to me in multiple accounts but people have bad days so I gave him grace. However, He crossed multiple lines with my wife. My wife called and complained and requested the regional manager reach out to her. They did not the store manager called trying to salvage our business which resolved nothing. Aaron has forever lost our business

Chris M at the Murfreesboro Aaron’s is the best. This is the second time I have used Aaron’s to purchase items for my home and he has always been friendly and willing to help me. Will definitely return again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could the worst people to do Business with got a computer for my son. They would call me one week after the payment was do and say the payment never went through and it was because they would use the card I told them not to use. The first month I thought it was an accident but after six months of then doing this I was just getting pissed off then after it was paid off they charge me $10 a month for six months that $60 for something I never signed up for please do not rent from them
