The workers greeted everyone in the store and explained the special of BOGO 50% off but us. We were also the only black people in the store.ETA- I went ahead and told Sadie what I observed and she immediately sincerely apologized. It was an honest mistake and all of the girls were super helpful after that. Mistakes happen.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but I couldn’t fully grasp how crazy this situation was. I watched a manager berate an employee about putting her sales under a fellow employee’s name instead. (She gave her friend some sales… so what?) She did it in front of everyone and it upset me so much due to the fact that I would feel upset if I were in that employees shoes. I knew the vibe was off in the store for multiple reasons, but this just pushed me not to go in again.

The best customer service! And beautiful clothes also. Large and well lit dressing rooms that are also well decorated. The staff is really what makes shopping there such a great experience though:).

Edit: This originally was a 3 star review, which is now a 1 star review. I reached out to the email and Karlee B replied basically saying she was unaware of my Google review, but she would still like to help me out. Which is odd, because according to the reply, I really thought they wanted to make this right. Wrong…but, I digress. So now, I’m reaching out to someone who isn’t even aware of the situation and her only reply is to try to get me to buy their plus size line. I told her that I originally was looking for a dress for our Christmas card photos, which took place this past Sunday and I was no longer in need of one. Once I stated that, she ignored me. Here we are, a week later and still nothing. Hope you all have a different experience than I did.I’m a little confused by this store. It’s labeled “women’s clothing” but only goes up to a size large. If that’s the case, I would label my store as a juniors shop. I was here a couple of years ago and saw a couple (emphasis on only A COUPLE) of items that were XL. I went this past weekend and couldn’t find any XL items, so I mentioned it to a few of the employees and nobody was helpful at all. One girl responded to my question about XL clothing with, “Whatever is out on the floor is what we have and it’s in size order” I understand it’s not the employee’s fault the sizing is not inclusive, BUT she could’ve been way more helpful. All I wanted to know was if there were any XL items and I just don’t understand why it was so difficult for them to offer any assistance. All they had to do was help me find those XL items or just be honest and say they don’t have any. Instead of finding a solution, I was just offered to start a dressing room. Such a disappointment because I would buy all of their cute clothes if they were size inclusive.

Went to exchange a dress, the greeting(which I give first) was extremely unwelcoming; the manager also super dry and no pleasant to talk to. Dislike coming to the store locate it in The Avenue in mufreesboro if having a long and bad day will transmite it to your customer just go home. Completely different the environment at the Cool Spring Galleria location, the staff is lovely; friendly and polite. If wouldnt be for that first experience there I’d have never recommend the store.

Loved this shop! I ended up buying several pieces of jewelry (buy one get one 50% off), a bib, and a hat. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in jeans. A sign was posted saying if you are a size 10 or over, they could be bought online. I'm one of those people that needs to try on clothes before I buy them, so I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to find my size in-store. I ended up wearing one of the pairs of earrings and a necklace I bought to my engagement photos this weekend and got tons of compliments! The photos don't do justice on how cute they are in-person.

I absolutely love all of the clothing options especially the dresses in this store, while it can be pricy the quality of what you buy makes it worth it! The staff here are also so incredibly nice and welcoming! They really helped me to find a dress that fit me and even looked in the back for other dresses for me! I really appreciate all the kindness from the employees!

I had such a great experience at your store a few weeks ago. The store floor was so beautifully laid out. I was immediately helped by the entire team, Rachel was the employee that assisted me and helped me. I was specifically looking for bell bottoms, she walked me around the store showing me all of my options. One pair I wanted was displayed high on the wall of a shelf that was fully stocked, so it was particularly difficult to work with. Took everything to the dressing room as I was browsing. While i was trying on, the sizes werent right and she went twice to grab the right sizes for me. This was my first time at Altard state and I really enjoyed my experience. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.
