They filled the tank annd didn’t even call me to be there.and locked it for a week. I called every single day twice to have some one to unlock it. Every time I called they said that they will send someone but it never happened for a week and temperature was freezing.

If I could give a zero star I would. Longtime customer and now the customer service is absolutely pathetic. Have waited on a delivery for 2 weeks. Have spoken to at least 6 different representatives who are clearly in an out of country call center and they all have the exact same pre written response. My delivery has been scheduled for the next day. When I asked for a supervisor I was "disconnected ". No local numbers to call. No local personnel to address any issues. Sad, pathetic, unethical........the list goes on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TRASH.

Save yourself time and hassle and avoid this company. Customer service is very friendly but the local staff has no regard for your time and is incapable of honoring commitmentsAfter taking 4 months from initial meeting to setting up service to my home I was left with no propane 4 weeks after my service request even though two service reps on two occasions guaranteed my tank would be filled within a business day. It is the middle of winter so it’s clear the company has no regard for the safety and comfort of my homeAmeriGas corporate, do your brand a favor and sell this branch of your company to people who will actually care

Like so many others have said - this would be zero stars if I had the option. We have been without gas for 48 hours now with -10 degree weather approaching this evening. We were promised an expedited emergency delivery within 24 hours of our initial call - that delivery has yet to happen. You cannot speak to anyone locally, only a call center in the Philippines. The representative I talked to did not even know what the date was here. My husband went to the local office to see what was going on and a driver informed him they have been operating out of the call center for the past 5 years so there are no local customer service representatives anymore. This is not customer service and it’s no surprise why their BBB rating is so low - I wish we had known this before this happened and will absolutely be switching to a local company.

Worst customer service. They do not notify in advance of a delivery, but they can contact you regarding a bill or the inability to deliver service because the gate is locked. People lock gates for a reason. A simple text providing a delivery date would alleviate a great deal of stress on the customer. I’m currently working with another company, hopefully I can make a change. Would never recommend this company to anyone

We had no heat for almost 4 days. It took over 3 days for us to get fuel! We had the worse customer service from the 800 number.For an emergency, 3 days without heat is too long!

I have been with AmeriGas for 26 years! But this year they excelled because they sent out a wonderful driver to come and fill up my tank! I didn’t call or have the new monitor but they wanted me to have plenty of propane with no worries! I guess that says why I am a customer of 26 years!

need more notice time before driver arrives with my gas . my tank is behind a locked gate and I never get notified until the driver is pulling on my property very dissatisfied with this part of your service !!!!

We had someone to come fill our tank up. Then for no reason, someone came and cut it off. I talked to 12 different foreign people that just kept telling me that my account was incomplete. They could barely understand English, and I could barely understand them. Finally, I went to the office here, but there were no people there. There was a worker in a truck that asked me if I needed any help. I told him my situation, he made a phone call, and came to my house and cut my gas back on. If it weren't for Kelly, I still wouldn't have any gas. You need to get some Americans working the phone lines. I will never refer anyone to you.

I Have been trying for 2 years to get them to pick up a tank that was 75%FULL. About 4 months. ago someone came an pick it up. Now we can't get anyone to send our refund back to us.
