Did a non-invasive prenatal test 2 weeks ago, with the expectation that results should come within 7-14 days. Ok great. The person who collected the samples was very nice, however; after providing samples it has a been a nightmare. To be an affiliated and contracted lab with DDC, you would think there would be more communication and ability to reach out to them to know what is going on with testing results. It is one thing to be told results would be given on a certain day, however our test results have been changed a total of 3 times, and each time they have been changed we were unaware until we reach out to any lab test just to be told that DDC sent an email stating they need more time for DNA analysis. We paid $1600 for this test at once, so by no means is it a cheap test, and waiting this long for results just for them to continue to get pushed back is delaying a really heavy decision we have to make. Tried reaching out to DDC myself just to be told that because I did testing at an affiliated lab rather than going directly through them that they aren't able to tell me anything, and the affiliated lab I went to would be the only ones who could discuss any issues, however the issue is that anylabtest is not telling us anything other than the test has been delayed. Honestly if I would've known it would be this much of a headache I would have went directly through DDC. I would recommend anyone who needs testing like this go directly through DDC rather than this lab. By going directly through DDC you can get results much quicker, and are able to talk to them regarding questions with your testing. Anylabtest now stated I could know my baby's gender for $100 more, after just paying them $1600 when it's a free option when you order the test directly through DDC. Customer service was great when providing samples and taking my money, but has been poor since. Please put yourself in our shoes, and how this makes your customers feel!

I went to this place a few days ago for a b complex injection and the truth is that I felt cheated, since it was an injection and those things make me dizzy, I didn't look when the nurse gave me the supposed liquid, and I say supposedly because I felt the little sting of the injection but I never felt that it introduced any liquid into my body, the truth is I felt like I went and paid for a little injection, I was not at all confirmed

We made an online appointment and paid online as well. Once we got there it was clean, not busy, and a very quick process since we did everything online before hand.
Andrea was kind and helpful and clarified our questions about the 10 panel urine drug test versus the rapid result 10 panel urine drug test. We were able to get the rapid test with no issue and walked out with the results in less than 10 minutes.
