My husband went in for pain. They did an exam and scheduled a deep cleaning the next day. We got a plan of what all he needed which came to a grand total of $14,600. I was approved for care credit. What upset me and made me lose trust is that they charged the card the entire amount before getting the treatment. After looking at the reviews and checking the costs at other dental offices and finding that they are very overpriced I want to cancel the treatment plan and my husband will not be getting anymore treatment done at Aspen. I want the 14,609 taken off of my care credit card immediately. This is a big red flag for me! I will pay a reasonable price for the treatment he has received but that’s all. This is just wrong!

So I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple years, which is not a suggestion for anybody, but I was looking for a good place to go due to my tooth problem and I was recommended to you guys by a friend of mine who actually goes to you guys for her teeth, and I am really pleased inform you that I am happy that I made that decision Your Care experience is so welcoming your staff well works well with each other. Everyone seems to be happy all the time and I feel really good about the care as well. I hope the owner of this company is very honored and proud of you guys because you guys keep up this amazing work because y’all deserve the best of the best and I cannot wait to be coming back for you guys to help me get my mouth back the way it was so I have a blessed, blessed day

Everyone there from the front desk to the doctors were very pleasant. Had the best experience. Very hospitable and there was absolutely no judgment. I know alot of people are afraid of going to because of the judgment but there was none in sight. Absolutely gentle and got the work done. Very educational as well. Very well trained from beginning to end.

Great customer service, clean facility, communication is key. They are very thorough with what is being paid for prior to resuming so, also working with you. I was spoken to about insurance coverage as well. Paperwork is very professional and clean set. Great location and plenty of parking. Finding someone to trust and the will power to get things done properly is hard to find. If you have something, I wouldn’t wait to come in. Young lady at the desk is very sweet, greeted me as soon as I walked in, along with the great staff members whom calmed me before going about my procedures. Thank you ladies & gentleman for all the wonderful smiles today.

This place is awful! They do not ever answer the phone. I've left multiple voicemails & had the appt people send emails. I went in to have xrays, signed a plan form 2 months ago & noone has called to make appts to do the dental work I need. What kind of business is this??

I had an emergency with a tooth and they saw me, I just waited a few minutes, even though I had the toothache I had, they told me the reason for the pain.From check in, the nurse, the doctor and everyone who attended very good service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had used Aspen Dental in November for my finance, and they did not take the time to contact our insurance before his dental work and stated we needed to pay out of pocket and then get refunded when they felt like contacting the insurance company. Months have passed, and we have yet to see a penny from Aspen Dental. We have called multiple times with no answers, and now when we call, the line doesn’t even get answered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

As always the staff was Wonderful to me for my appointment. I am just a bit disturbed because I have to give up my upper partial to have another tooth added. My crown came out and that is the only way to fix it. So.. smoothies it is for 1 or 2 weeks. I don’t like it but it has to be done. Thank you all for being so accommodating and kind! I appreciate your time and care!

You've changed my life. And not in a happy, Lifetime movie way. At no time, did we discuss you guys removing my anchor teeth. So now I have a floppy, misfitting bridge. Why? Because it has no back anchor. Could we not have crown those? I don't know-l asked and you brushed me off without listening.The staff-mostly the front end and assistants are nice as hell. You can tell someone is directing to them just go tell someone "omg here's your new teeth, let's start in X-rays." Did I seem like I was at all prepared for a new change in my entire jawline and eating habits? Did anyone tell me I was going to sound like a 14 year old with a misaligned retainer? Because the answer to those questions is no.Because I wasn't. I wasn't made aware or prepared. And okay-I should've asked more questions.Which I did—but I didn’t know what to ask. I'm not a dentist-I asked the important things I thought to ask. Are these customer facing teeth? Wait a minute-how long is this going to take? Why is my bill $700more than what you quoted??Even to this exact moment—| have no idea what next steps you have for me. Are we putting in dental implants? Do I even WANT you in my mouth again? I'm sure I don't because lord knows I probably can't afford it.I'm sure it wasn't done with malice but it sure as hell was done without consideration. How I dearly wish I had never walked into this dentist-l'd rather my teeth have fallen out of my head.If you're going to make a game plan, share it with the team. That means me. Let me have the facts so l can make my own mind up. And you didn't do that.I trusted you and you couldn't trust me to make the best decision for my own oral health. It's on me-oh I totally get that. Which is why I'm roasting you here instead of a lawsuit. Because you did nothing wrong besides fail to inform your patient about possible repercussions. Which isn’t illegal—it’s just impolite and wildly irresponsible.I'm the idiot for trusting you.

Amazing how bad this office in Murfreesboro TN is. I 100% understand sales & profit is not a bad word however when a company totally ignores the customers request it is! Internet boasted how they have their own onsite lab and could take care of me in 24 hours so I called at 945am. They scheduled me that day @ 1215, I then noticed I missed 3 calls in 7 minutes at 1030 so I called back to speak to an extremely strong personality office manager that wanted to make sure I knew they closed at 1pm. I simply said, OK, you know it is only 1045 right, would you prefer I not come? She wanted me to come right now, so I jumped in the truck and went right over, arrived at 11:12am & at 12:15pm they took me back (why was it critical I go right then). Proceeded to take 11 X-RAYS & check everything but my blood type (which was fine) only for the dentist to look for 3 seconds to tell me I cannot have a partial (reason for the visit) because it wouldn’t fit in my mouth (huh?) - then I was to sit in the waiting room for the office manager to discuss pricing (the sales pitch) which was fine. The big issue was after sitting for 20 minutes the young receptionist comes in and states the manager will need to call me tomorrow because the system is down. I stated, no it isn’t, it is 1:04 & you close at 1pm, it is not down but turned off because she doesn’t want to deal with it. That would have been fine if she would have simply said that when we spoke earlier but now I have wasted nearly 3 hours of my day for nothing. The young lady said, I’m sorry will it be ok if she calls you tomorrow, I said “guess it is going to have to be”. They didn’t call back for 4 day’s which was after my need. The unprofessionalism here was so bad it was literally shocking. Look at the reviews with higher star count, there are no stories to earn the stars on one liners, makes me wonder who really posted them

Not a great experience..the X-rays were very painful. I felt the technician and the device was old and cheap. Which is why the experience was painful. I had an infection under a crown..the doctor gave me antibiotics and then I was off to get hammered from the sales lady..who wasn’t the most professional..inappropriate attire…it felt like I was buying a car! They wanted $6K for two root canals…get bent! This is America’s elite medical system..what a scam.
