had an appointment, came in and they made me wait an extra 30 minutes with few customers inside. as i grabbed my information they left and helped other customers and it took another employee to come and help me. even when that employee came to help he was incredibly rude and made it feel like i was being an inconvenience to him. i’m never one to complain about stuff like this but it genuinely ruined my day. never coming back here.

I had been scammed over the phone by someone claiming to be ATT, someone who had hacked my account and knew things about my account. As I was trying to sort through this scam, I contacted this store and even went to the store to try to research what was happening with this scam. In the course of this, I spoke to both assistant managers, who seemed less than enthusiastic to help me and kept trying to convince me that this wasn’t a scam. I left the store more confused than before I went in. Eventually received a call from ATT fraud department and was told that it was in fact a SCAM. I hope this store never makes others who have concerns like this unheard like they did me. They will never see my business again.

I have been a customer with ATT for well over 10 years now. The fact that I pay $95 for JUST a phone is ABSURD.
I dropped my phone in the river, it disappeared, dude at the store was kind, but obviously didn’t want to help me after I had brushed off his sales antics and told him I just wanted to replace my phone. What’s the deal with the $16extra a month for insurance coverage (also noted as “same day replacement), when you still have to wait 4 days and pay a $250 deductible?!
It’s a phone, not a wrecked vehicle.
I was also put to a halt in the store while filing the claim, when the number of attempts entering my passcode was reached. Instead of him calling the IT department to get it fixed, he told me to either wait at the store until it lets us try again, or go home and do it myself.
Called the store and asked dude about the $250 deductible it tells you about after you file the claim, he was AS RUDE AS I’LL GET OUT. Didn’t even say “bye”, just hung up.
On my free time this week, I will be asking Verizon to buy me out. I’ll be a longtime customer for someone else!

My family and I had a horrible experience inside this store. Would not recommend AT&T phone or internet service to my worst enemy.

I came in to get a copy of my bill. I am met and properly greeted. He tells me he can't give me a copy of my bill anymore. I can go online and get it. I said the last time they just printed it for me. He said, " I'm old school military. I can teach you to fish and you can do it for yourself ...." I said I'm 57 yr old military, and you're supposed to be customer service. He gave me a 1-800 # to call. I struggled to get online and access my account. I called AT&T 1-800 number, and they saw my problem but couldn't assist and said, "All you have to do is go to a store and show your license, and they can print a copy." I told them I had done this, and the Rep was as helpful as an Amish electrician. I go back in, and I got greeted by a young man who got my license and printed my bill. The attitude of the first rep is inexcusable. He was rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. He could have saved me an hour of my time. He should not be in customer service. I gave 2 stars instead of one because of the young man who helped me properly.

I was not lucky enough to be well attended to, nor could they resolve something simple for me just because my phone did not have insurance, thank you

I’m not sure if she is still there. I meant to send this Out a couple of months ago. The African-American manager There is racist against white people. I canceled AT&T because she let me leave the store without service because I was white.

Good service of the people there. Thanks so much! Unfortunately, I couldn’t get all what I want, even it was not their fault, I prefer to put four star.

If I could give this a 0 I would absolutely do. My parents (who are hispanic) came to upgrade our phones, salesman James told them they could not take a paper ID who was issued today, he said it could be falsified, never said if we had another ID or offer any help. My parents asked him if he could at least try to scan the ID and see if it works and he slammed his iPad on the table and tell my parents “I make $100k a year, I am not risking my job for this” , ok ? my parent got aggravated and things started to escalated so the manager Ashley asked them to leave. How is this good service to your clients AT&T? My dad said he had better go to a competitor that would not only be GLAD to help but also give us a better offer, since my dad said that in front of the employee James, as they were leaving he yelled at them “Go to T-Mobile or wherever you want”.
I work for customer service myself and this is very disappointing and unprofessional. This situation was not handled correctly at all. A salesman is supposed to help and do everything in their power to complete the client’s request. My parents not only felt discriminated against but also left very upset.
A manager is there to “de-escalate” situations, she didn’t even took the time to ask what happened, she just asked them to leave. We have never received such a disappointing service.

This is not a reflection on anyone who works there as the service of the employees was excellent. However, AT&T, the service, policies, and procedures are awful. If I could rate them negative stars I would.
I have been a customer, a training manager, and an operations manager at some point in my career. I have written these procedures myself. To use them to hide behind them and cut costs, fire the best employees, and offer customers a terrible experience is deplo. I have five other options here and will be taking my considerable business to another worthwhile vendor this weekend.
