My experience with these clowns is nothing short of insane! I was involved in an accident had my vehicle towed to them they completely screwed me over on my insurance claim and denied the repairs that happened in the accident because they didn’t want to do the job, I then asked for a cash quote for them to do said job and they refused to do it! So clearly that’s why they denied my insurance claim to begin with so they didn’t have to do the work So they want me to pay to tow my vehicle out of there to get it fixed some where else when the damages happened in the accident, it was in the police report and everything!!! So they charged my insurance company 1600 for a couple of body panel clips and a plastic grill…. I would never recommend them or ever again go there I am in the process of contacting the BBB because I am completely disgusted with this circus act of a businessService: Body & Trim

They did an excellent job fixing my car. Couldn't tell it had been damaged at all. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I find that an excellent feature of dealing with them.

Note: I am a retired manufacturing engineer with 35 years in the auto assembly business. I know body shop assembly, paint application, trim installation and chassis assembly. Damage to my car door was due to an ethnic gentleman backing a landscaping trailer into my car. Yes, the comment about the fact he was ethnic is important because his English got better and better as it became evident that a police report was being taken.I've had problems with other repair shops, so when my insurance agent said this place had a great reputation, I believed them and was not disappointed.The insurance estimate was rediculously low from my experience. The estimator at Gerber walked out to the car, saw the damage from a distance and said, "you need a new door". (I knew that before I showed up.) Gerber handled all the repairs for the higher amount and as a TV commercial for an at-home food service, here is the best part - I did nothing. All paperwork breezed throughParts arrived on time to complete the scheduled repair. It took three weeks but that is what I expected. The repair looks like it never happened. They even provided some service above and beyond expectations.As soon as i go the car back, the door belt molding seal loosened. I brought it back. The problem was that it was a crimp on molding that was not seated properly. I expect returns. They brought the car back in to shop, fixed the crimp issue and returned it in less time that it takes to get a calzone prepared at my favorite Italian restaurant.I was told that if it still was an issue, they would order a new part.Project was on time, under budget and a minor quality issue was fixed. What more can I say?

This Report was meant for "CarMax only", not Gerber Collision & Glass. "Sorry Gerber Collision & Glass my mistake"! Forgive me!!!CarMax sales man Devin, was extremely nice in trying to sell me a 2021Jeep Gladiator, but when I asked about the remaining Jeeps manufacturer warranty before I buy the Jeep, CarMax policy was there was none. A 2021 Jeep with less than 20,000 miles on it should still have warranty left, and CarMax tried to sell me a warranty at $2,000 + - extra through CarMax! Did not seem fair to me! That's why I did not purchase the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I got the Jeep Gladiator I wanted with warranty elsewhere! "End of bad experience"!

They have repaired 9 vehicles for us over the years. Started with them when they were Auto Art and have never left. Never a complaint. Their service is top notch, have the best technicians in Murfreesboro. If you are looking for collision repair, go no further. No one else will touch our vehicles for collision repair no matter how much cheaper they may be.

Rhonda and Derek were incredibly helpful. They were able to get me in way faster than I anticipated. The repairs were done in a timely manner and came out phenomenal. Not only was my truck fixed, but it was also clean (I think someone even wiped down my dash and interior). I'll give a special thanks to everyone in the back for their great work. I appreciate the professionalism and service and will absolutely recommend to anyone.

If I could give them 0 star I would, they do not even deserve 1 star. Someone rear ended me which cause me to hit another car. This place was "most" suggested shop from my insurance. So I trusted their word and called them to make an appointment. I made the appointment on 27th of June to get an estimation. Walked in on the 27th with my boyfriend, Mechelle was helping us. They were suppose to do a walk in to see the car and give us an estimation. After few the lady printed an estimation without even looking at the car. We asked her that if they would do a walk around. After we mentioned, a dude just did a walk around but he just took a look. On checkout we made an appointment for July 26th to drop the car. I asked the lady why is it a month wait and she told us that they need to order the parts and there's a shortage going on for car parts. She had word to word told me that we would just drop off the car on the day of the appointment. We said okay and got an appointment. Today comes I get there right at 8, the lady gave me some papers to sign and told me they will do an estimation. I was confused what's going on bc they had an estimation already. So I walked out with the guy and the guy started explaining what they will fix and what they won't. Which was unexplanatory because we had an estimation that black and white says that they would fix my rear and back bumper, when the "estimation" (while all this conversation happened I had my boyfriend on phone with me bc don't know really understand the car language), he told me they need to order parts. So I backed out and asked him that the lady had told me she already ordered the parts hence we waited a month and she told me that we were just dropping off the car today.He says the parts were never ordered and they need to order that once they do an estimation, which was already done? After the dude did an estimation or whatever they were calling it at this point. I was so confused so I walked in and asked the lady that did she not tell that she ordered the parts already and hence why we waited for it to come back. She had no answer so I asked her if she knows when the car will be done bc my rental only covers till Aug 14th, she didn't have an answer even for an estimated date bc after 14th I would have to pay out of pocket. While I was asking her questions (she put my car keys already at this point asking to take it) then the guy who did a walk around today July 26th came out from the office inside and told me "I answered all your questions, I don't want you to give her a hard time." I told him how did I give her a hard time when all I am doing was asking her questions? I explained what she told me the first day and all the back story, (at this point the manager was out here too), he was in all this conversation. I told him my concerns and told him my boyfriend is on his way and he could explain it to him bc I cannot understand what's going on. He had an attitude and asked me if it was my car or my boyfriends car, which was so stupid bc the reason I called him is to help me understand the situation. After that he told me word to word ," We will not fix your car and you can take your car and leave." The manager basically denied the service. All this happened while my boyfriend was on phone with me. He arrives after 5 minutes and went in and they told him that they already had the parts and I catched an attitude without a reason and that they won't provide a service. They have poor and inconsistent communication.While asking questions, the front desk lady cannot answer any of that for you and she clearly cannot make a customer understand the process. I am a customer service representative myself and deal with insurances which are hard to explain to the customers but never have I ever had a customer walk out of my office confused or disappointment. My experience with Gerber Collection was very disappointing, for a very small job they had my car for a month. I had to bring my car back 3 times, once because they left some scratches from the original repair, then they damaged one of the safety sensor, and they got moister in one of my head lights. I took my truck to repair the rear bumper, after 4 weeks they returned my truck incomplete and with a damaged camera and they told me to take it to repair it myself because they couldn't, what a pity that an insurance company as recognized as Geyco worked with a workshop as irresponsible as Gerber

They did what they said they would do on time and did an excellent job. We had a couple of minor issues with the repair that they took care of quickly without any pressure to correct them. Definitely will use them if I need a repair done again. Good team there!
