My son, college student at mtsu, night class, came out of class to discover his battery was dead. He went to autozone to get the battery. Time was 8:45pm. The manager/employees would not install battery due to closing in 15 minutes; therefore my son had to buy tools and change battery in dark parking lot. ALONE! Parents of students at MTSU do not send your kid to this store. Send them to another store that will help our young stay safe and help them!!!!!!! Autozone, if your kid was in my area, I’d make sure they were safe and had the knowledge n tools to change the battery!!!!

I come to buy a new replacement battery for my truck and by the way when I park doesn't start again , they never try to help instead I have to do it by my self was not problem when I ask if I can borrow a 10mm to make the replacement they make buy it and thats when I realized all staf is very racist cuz they help others (Americans) , so when I ask my money for swap battery$25 and return 10mm $20 Rudolf was very racist and basically told me that I can call any number outside of the store cuz they not accept the transaction was very racist and arrogant, so I call immediately to Chris the district manager and he told me that he call me back in 5min but never did it , I just hope this can be read it for someone who really care about customers of any race and can do something to change their attitude

We bought seat covers for my jeep that didn’t cover the whole seat. We tried taking them back we have an account with them and have always taken things back. Jamal the manager looked over at us and said No. he wouldn’t look up our account or even walk over to talk to us. We will not be going back to any auto zones.

8:57 pm tonight I called a younger man answered the phone I told him I know you close at 9pm I'm litterally less then a block away can you stay open long enough for me to get transmission fluid I'm not from around here and it's 2 hours and 30 from home and I am not showing trans fluid on my stick .the young man said hold on I will ask my Manger. By this time I just turned the corner and are 30 seconds from the store .the young man gets on the phone and said the Manger said we are closed I said I'm pulling In . He said we are walking out the door as I am parked in front of the store . They was not walking out the door there was a customer checking out but they had locked the door .I waited till the manager Warren opened the door to let the customer out .I told him I was on the phone with his employee and just needed transmission fluid he rolled his eyes asked which kind I told him atf-4 and I thanked him for letting us get transmission fluid and that all the gas stations around did not have that kind Warren the store Manger them proceeded to tell me that Walmart did. I am not from around here i said. He rang me up all I had was 100 dollar bill he asked if I had anything lower I said not but if you give me 2 seconds I can go in my truck and get my card he rudly said no I will just get your change because I would like to get home. ..I am a business owner and I would never of treated a customer like that. I only took 4 min of his time and really deserved to be talked too and treated in a manner rather im buying a Quart of transmission fluid or 1k in parts .my suggestion would be for Warren to get a lesson on how to be kind it literally costs $0.00 to do that.
