The people were rude 1st shift.. there was a heavy set white guy and a nice black women that was no help would not tell me their names nice dripping with sarcasm and I waiting 3! Days for a part from shelbyville was suppose to be here next morning.. I called back the next day and was told they didn’t know anything about it.. that would be the one on memorial in Murfreesboro

Horrible. I had my battery life checked out. After he closed the hood and told me everything was fine, THAT is when my check engine light came on ( wasn’t previously on). I went back 2 days later to seek answers. The lady was less than helpful. Ran the diagnostic, and when I told her I wasn’t sure how many miles my car has she looked at me like I was crazy. Very impersonal. Printed out the results and gave me the sheets without asking if I had any questions. Maybe it was Moody Worker Tuesday? And I want answers on why my engine light turned on after he checked my battery life.

I had my battery checked here and they told me it was the alternator going bad. After, I went to my car dealer shop and they found it was only my battery. This mistake would have cost me over a thousand dollars more than just a battery replacement. The dealership said that a few autozones in the area have made this mistake for multiple Hondas.

Why are the workers always so grumpy? Most of the time it’s the Managers and not the employees. I never ask for help because they act like we are inconveniencing them.

Update: AutoZone has taken time to apologize for my bad experience and because of that I want to give them a half star and seeing that I wanted to give 3.5 to begin with now they have 4 stars. Let's hope this helps them to do better.There was one lady and one guy in there actually trying to help customers the other 2 employees where not doing anything by the way it looked to me and because there was so many people waiting to be helped I had plenty of time to observe the other 2 not doing anything of significance.

Horrible experience. The two employees that helped me gave me the wrong lightbulb for my car. Workers seem to not know much about parts. The one employee that helped me (other guy didn’t care to help) was a nice guy, but just unknowledgeable

The employees don't seem to know that much about what they are looking up, parts wise. I wound up getting the wrong part and now I have to go back up there and waste more time looking for a common part.

The gentleman who checked to see why my check engine light was on told me he didn't know what it meant. He'd never seen that before!! Thankfully I have a reliable mechanic who works on my car!!

I came to the autozone on memorial blvd,Needed help with my break light ,micheal didn't hesitate to help me with it .Also asked him to the my headlight and he did it quick and efficiently unlike 2 other autozones that could not even remove the bulb smh.. Micheal is a great example of how a worker SHOULD be.He knows what he's doing!!

Every time I have needed to buy something from this autozone it has not been pleasant. As a woman who works in the automotive industry I get looked down a lot. Especially at this establishment and it’s made me quit uncomfortable to return to.
