ALEX. ALEX. ALEX!!!!Holy smokes this girl is a BOSS!!!I have never felt so taken care of, ANYWHERE, while renting a car in the past. This employee gets 7⭐️s in my opinion. This place was SO busy and SO short staffed. How this girl kept a smile on her face the entire time is still beyond me! Seriously, thank you Alex! You made my holidays!

The store was nice but wouldnt do anything to solve the issue the car needed repairs they wouldn't give me another because none available no upgrade nothing they did refund for the days I didn't drive.

This is the worst rental company ever! They don't help you when you call, you are transferred to a customer service number, put in a queue and never called back. Rent from Enterprise - they really care.

We rented a car, driving from Tampa to Tennessee. When we went to drop the car off in Murfreesboro, the guy tried to tell us we owed $10,000. His mistake. Then, he tried to tell us we needed to pay $450 because he sees “dog hair” in the car. We drove from Tampa to Murfreesboro after a cruise. We certainly didn’t have a dog with us. He was rude and was aggressive. Then he tried to blame my husband by saying he was aggressive by just asking questions. What we thought was an amazing experience, unfortunately turned out to be horrible. I was hoping to write a different review.

DO NOT RENT MOVING TRUCKS FROM HERE. They do not actually reserve a truck for you and the insurance they require is much more expensive compared to other companies. Awful experience and I would not recommend for anyone.

This is my third time getting a rental from Avis and in my opinion they blow Enterprise out of the water because their prices are so much better! They feel the gas tank up for you I remember the car for 5 days I got a free upgrade unlimited mileage I use my own car insurance instead of buying theirs so I saved money there but their insurance is good too. I only paid $316 It was $364 after taxes if you sign up your email you get a 35% off coupon so that's what I did. I'm never going back to Enterprise again they can't beat that price I've checked! I love Avis rentals they are awesome and the fact that they're open on Saturday and Sunday is a plus Enterprise is not!!

I reserved a full size sedan but they didn't have any so they upgraded me for free to an SUV. I didn't really want to drive an SUV but that's all they had & my trip was the next day so I went with it. The tire pressure light was on so they filled my tire & I was on my way. 4 days into the trip I had the tire repaired because it lost a lot of air every day. Customer service was really helpful & I was reimbursed when I dropped the car back off. 4 of out 5 because everyone I interacted with was great & the repair process went smoothly but they didn't have the vehicle I requested.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The young lady working behind the desk was rude, abrasive, disrespectful and on a power trip.I rent from Avis for business monthly for the last 5 years and will never do business here again.

Avis of Murfreesboro is fantastic. The staff are polite, friendly, and happy to help all they can. I'd recommend Avis of Murfreesboro to anyone in town temporarily or while they're without a car. On a related note, Honda Pilots are definitely my go-to rental car after this past week. Thanks Avis of Murfreesboro!

I love using Avis and reccomend everyone that I can to use them!! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I never feel like a bother and they all always have a smile on their faces, even if they're busy. I try to make all of my reservations with Durb when I can because he is always nice, sincere, and very helpful!! He always tries to best match us up with the right vehicle when I present my needs to him. Good job, Avis! Y'all have an amazing team!! just today I went with my wife and rented for 11 months people were very nice I appreciated the location

These people are scam artists. They say you'll be charged around a $1000, but the actual amount ends up being $4000. It isn't illegal, but there will be more hidden fees than they tell you. And then even MORE hidden fees that aren't expressed. You might as well buy a used car from someone else instead of renting from here. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

My vehicle needed warranty service and a part of the service was a rental car. My dealership set everything up and had the authorization for the rental car, I dropped off my SUV, and my dealer dropped me off at Avis of Murfreesboro. I completed the paperwork and they needed an imprint of my credit card for incidentals like tolls and if I did not return the rental full. However the clerk reiterated me my dealership was paying for the rental.Two days later I drop the rental car off at my dealership and pick up my SUV, the dealership was to complete and close out the rental transaction. A week later I noticed a charge for the rental car, went to the Avis store and asked what was going on. I was told because they didn’t have the PO from Ford when they checked in the car they decided to charge my credit card. I was then informed they would reach out to Ford again, but until they received payment from Ford I would not receive a refund. I am also disputing the charge but in the end this Avis store is lazy, inept, and deceitful. I have had numerous rental cars due to my vehicle being serviced, but this is the first time a rental company charged my credit card without authorization.
