The Caucasian lady with the short blonde hair that is suppose to help you get to a banker when you come in.. completely skipped us and helped a Caucasian lady who came in after us.. Bank of America on Middle TN Blvd in Murfreesboro needs to do better! ???

One teller inside, one teller for the drive thru, two ladies in the offices-only one helping customers. Twenty plus minutes wait time, and they closed the bigger branch downtown.Glad I finally closed my accounts with them.

I have called this branch 15 times in the past 7 days and still no answer or getting back to me.. answers all my questions about this bank. I'll pass...Edit: that's hilarious that thier review damage control account, got back to me before my actual banker has, about my account... thank you for confirmation on my decision to part ways

Worst bank, they are only open 4 hours a day if that and the atm's never work. More convenient to switch banks. They even gave me problems about cashing payroll checks even though they are my bank.

Please DO NOT use this ATM! It will remove money from your account and not give it to you and then..NO ONE is responsible for making sure you get it back!!!? of course they responded below about contacting them which I've already done multiple times and they say they are not responsible. $180 they've just taken from me. Money I need to support myself and my grandson. Sad, sad people.

Bank of America has really went downhill . If you own your own business don't bank with then. They make it impossible to get change or deposit. You literally have to drive to 3 different Bank of America's in murfreesboro to find one open over the last year or find one who has Change to run your business. I've tried to stick with Bank of America because I have been with them for over 30 years but after today I'm no longer with them . They have lost my business with very poor management
