Walked in on an awesome sale. Bought clothes, pillows, sheets, and more. The cash register attendant was friendly and very helpful.

I have been to Belk twice in the last two weeks. My first visit was very enjoyable, found all the items I was looking for and had a very helpful sales associate. My second visit not so much. There was no one at the assigned cash register for the lady's department. I went over to the jewelry/perfume counter and an associate begrudgingly helped check me out. I had question about one of the digital coupons I was attempting to use and unfortunately she got very bothered by my questions. She then proceeded to grab a box out of my daughter's hand and an argument then ensued between she and my daughter. I can honestly say I love to shop but she is definitely the reason brick and mortar stores are closing daily. I wish I had her name because she believe Belk at The Avenue strives to have better representation than this. If I ever do return to this store, laying eyes on her will definitely be a reason to turn around and leave.
