I’d never been to PT before but Joe immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and thoroughly explained what he thought was going on before he did the exam. What he thought was exactly what was happening. He gave me an exercises to do at home. He made m feel confident in time we can work out the issue.

The therapist at BenchMark PT were great. Taylor and Joe both provided excellent treatment and made the whole experience enjoyable for me. With the stretching exercises and dry needling my problem was resolved. I recommend both these therapist and BenchMark PT.

Taylor and his staff are great. Immediately started an exercise plan after my initial evaluation. There were ongoing additions to my exercise plan each visit. I was very pleased with my results and have recommended them to my neighbors.
