The Murfreesboro Tennessee Best buy is the worst Best buy I've ever been into in my life. I have bought quite a few items from Best buy when I lived in Pennsylvania for 10 years. I had become accustomed to very clean and organized stores previously. I recently visited the Murfreesboro Best Buy while shopping for a new 65-in television. When I went to the television section, several spaces were blank where there should have been televisions displayed. Several of the televisions on display did not have prices on them. And several of the televisions did not have displays on them. They only had something that said "buffering". And all the TVs which did have displays, were tuned to different channels, so you couldn't compare the picture on one with the other. The television section was very messy and disorganized. Nothing was grouped together in any manner that would make sense of being able to compare one TV to another. I tried to find someone to help me, but there was no one inside. I was very dissatisfied with the Murfreesboro Best Buy and I would not recommend shopping at this location. I immediately left and went to Costco where I purchased a 65-in television from a section that had all the televisions on the same channel grouped together in sections by size so you could compare one brand with the other. Costco was very neat and organized and I got in and out quickly.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy while ordering a stove and a dishwasher. Here’s a breakdown of what happened:
Dishwasher Installation Issues:
We initially had concerns about installing our dishwasher since our previous one was hardwired. Best Buy recommended that someone come out for an inspection before delivery. The technician assured us the dishwasher could be hardwired, but after a call from corporate, we learned that wasn’t the case. Ultimately, we had to hire an electrician to install a proper plug.
Stove Order Complications:
The stove we ordered was back ordered until March, but we went ahead with the purchase expecting it to arrive along with the dishwasher. Despite hesitations—since online the stove was only listed as open-box and there was a newer model being promoted—staff reassured us that we could order a brand one of the original stove we inquired about without issue.
Delivery Date and Stock Problems:
When we later attempted to move up the dishwasher delivery date, we were told we needed to pick a new stove because the one we originally ordered was out of stock indefinitely. No viable solutions were provided; one manager abruptly left claiming he was in overtime while another expressed uncertainty. The lack of assistance just had us cancel our entire order.
Final Outcome:
We ended up walking away with our brand new stove from another retailer on the same day. Overall, the process was a huge time waster with zero solutions offered by Best Buy. I will never buy an appliance from them again, and this experience has completely soured my opinion of their service.
Overall, a very frustrating experience marked by miscommunication and a lack of accountability.

Love this store but just recently got a apple care repair done on my screen and the screen isn’t fully aligned properly somehow.. idk how they managed that but it’s very frustrating but not worth me going back and waiting a couple of hours for them to fix considering it doesn’t affect the performance of the phone although is does probably effect the water resistance but oh well. Anyway do better Best Buy.
