I went in for a new pair of shoes. They have a great selection and the folks working there were pleasant and very helpful. Prices were right in line with what I expected to pay.

Went to look for hiking boots, and there was none to be found. Walked around the store for quite some time and there were three other employees that did not approach me to help. Normally don’t complain about that, but I assume that would be better service with that many employees working.
