I brought in my Great Pyrenees Mina cause she hurt her back leg. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out that she just had a soft tissue and ligament injury. Put her on light duty, anti inflammatory medication. I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend Blue Pearl for an emergency vet. Took my dog in for an injury on a Sunday morning and they took great care of him. The staff was very nice & informative.

I had to come on here and give Samantha a huge shout out !! 100/10 stars if I could !! I had to take my cat in on Sunday for an emergency check up and I was losing my mind. She was soooo kind and sweet. She kept me updated and kept reassuring me that my crazy reaction to a nauseas cat was totally valid. I was in a chokehold and she just warmed my heart. I hope I never have to make a real emergency visit but if I do this is where I am going to come.Doc was great too.

Do not take your Pet here for an emergency unless you are prepared to pay Thousands of dollars! Seriously! Save your money and get your pet to a regular vet! This place will take what money you have and do the minimum.. Our Golden retriever had some type of Accident on our farm. He came to house bleeding and limping this Saturday. We loaded him up and took him to only place open BluePearl.. my wife and I are low on funds but willing to spend what we had. But to clean the wound, xray, and sew him up, they need $1800.. this is not life threatening injury.. that amount of money is out of our reach impossible for us. And the next thing they asked me “how much can you Spend?” It is all about money to them! And they are taking advantage of people in a high stress emotional situations! So we’ve spent what little money we had, to get these people to do the minimum they was willing to do… now We can not afford to take him to a non emergency vet on Monday… They do not care about your Pet.. they are using your pets injury and your love for that pet to rob you!!

Professional but very easy to check on your pet if they are in the hospital . Kind staff that really show compassion . It’s expensive … but fur babies are priceless !

They quickly assessed our sweet pup in the middle of the night. The staff were thorough and helpful. They were kind and loving to our girl when she wasn’t having a good night. We were diagnosed and treated efficiently with great care. The office was clean and welcoming. While we never want to have medical crisis with our pets, it s a relief to know we have such a good provider in Murfreesboro. I’m very thankful we were able to go.

Blue Pearl doctors and staff are the best! They are so thorough and professional. Pricing was up front and they went over costs prior to services. This is a great option for urgent care when your vet office is closed.

My poor sweet 7 year old baby had a very sudden onset of painful eyes. I always take my pets health seriously and also I don’t panic but I felt this was so sudden and unprovoked that she needed to be seen and of course Reddit gave many examples of how their pets went blind due to lack of urgency in their care, so off we went!! There is nothing she could have come in contact with in our home. The ONLY thing I could think is maybe the grass/weeds outside as she’s at eye level. But both of her eyes were red, swollen, painful, and she was didn’t want to open her eyes all day but was not scratching them so I couldn’t imagine it was an allergic reaction to something. I didn’t know anything was wrong until I got home from work 12 hours later and was informed. She was fine when I let her out to potty when I left in AM. She is the poster child for health so something definitely isn’t right. I was and am willing to pay the emergency exam fee ($173 for those of you wanting to know like I did) solely for peace of mind, even if they tell me she just needs a Benadryl! The staff were kind and professional. I just didn’t want to call my vet and make someone come out after they’ve already closed, but I definitely know now I should’ve… my vet scolded me once I brought her in the next day. BluePearl gave me a diagnosis that does not fit within the parameters of the diagnosis and my vet was very annoyed by this. I feel pretty rushed even though I was the ONLY one there for about 30 minutes AND that they would not examine her in any way inside the room. They took her out of the room multiple times. But I am very thankful for the peace of mind
& pain control until I could get her to my vet the next day. And in case you’re wondering, my girl is fine. Instead of the diagnosis these people gave me, it looks to be an allergic reaction to some kind of grass as I thought. I didn’t accept the entire tx plan presented but I sure did spend a pretty penny. My advice…call your vets emergency line first! It’s there for a reason (so I was scolded??) and even if it costs the same atleast you know your own vet is legitimate. Only way I’ll go back is if I can’t get it my vet in time.

I wanted to write this review to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for the care Dr Forrester and her technicians, Amanda, and Kim, provided for my dog Friday Night September 13th, 2024. From my initial phone conversation with Amanda into the wee hours of the morning, we were treated with kindness and compassion throughout our entire time at Blue Pearl. I deeply appreciate the time and effort you spent making certain the best care was provided for my dog Riley. You also gave me the time to think about the most difficult decision regarding my dog. All your efforts were genuinely heartfelt. Saying thank you just is not enough, nor does it come close to showing my gratitude to you and your team. The kindness and empathy you, Kim and Amanda showed me, and Riley touched me deeply and will never be forgotten. I am ever so grateful to all of you for taking the best of care for my sweet girl. this was my second trip to Blue Pearl but with a different dog this time. everyone who works here is super friendly and we have had a positive experience with both visits. everything was explained in detail and to our understanding and a estimated cost was given up front beforehand. very happy with how we were treated but mostly how our puppy was treated. would use them again if we have to. a great service to have for after hour emergency vet care.
