Highly recommend this hair studio for all your needs i get my kids hair done here as well as my own. I see Cassi she is absolutely amazing but I have been told anyone there is top notch. The vibe is super relaxing and I appreciate the variety of products they have.

When I moved to Murfreesboro, I chose Bombshell based on all the amazing reviews—and I’m so glad I did! I booked with the owner, Michelle, and she completely transformed my thick, coarse, dry hair into smooth, shiny, healthy hair. Hands down the best cut I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming back like clockwork every 6–8 weeks, and every visit has been just as spot-on as the first.
Michelle also introduced me to Oribe products, which I now swear by. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and Michelle’s sweet ESA pup Greta adds such a warm, comforting vibe to the salon. There’s truly no other place I’d go. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment for an haircut with Casi and arrived on time, only to be told that it was canceled—without any prior notice. No call, no email, no courtesy whatsoever. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I drove a hour and arranged childcare to get to this appointment. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated. A business that values its clients should at the very least notify them of cancellations. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!!!

I have been going to Bombshells for about 2 years now with Ashley as my stylist. My hair was all box dye and poorly done so I knew what I wanted was going to be a process even for a professional. What I wanted was to be grey/silver all over which is basically what my natural hair is.
At first the process seemed to be going in the right direction but then I noticed how yellow my hair would get after maybe 2 weeks. I decided to add vivid to the underneath and that went great. Even if I wasn't happy with the grey, at least I was happy with the vivid.
I have not been happy at all in the last 6 months (3-4 visits). My hair is not toning to the right shade and the vivid close to the root won't take at all. The picture attached was taken right after my visit. Ashley noticed and switched up the toning and vivid process but no change in the results.
So that might just be my hair but this is what made me finally leave. Having this process done is quite costly which I really wouldn't mind if I was really happy. The last 4 out of 5 visits Ashley did not have her curling iron to style my hair the way I like before I leave the salon!
So for the last 6 months I have been leaving with color I don't like and a style I can't stand.

Could not recommend Bri enough! I had been with my previous hair lady for years, so it was hard for me to switch but little did I know it would be the BEST decision I ever made! I'm naturally pretty dark and my hair doesn't lift easily, but Bri was able to get me to a gorgeous white blonde that LASTS! Her technique is impeccable. I hardly notice my dark roots growing in. She is very thorough and takes her time with me. Plus she's so much fun to hang out with during my appointments! If you are a blonde GO SEE BRI!!! You will NOT be disappointed!

I have been a customer of bombshells since 2016, I go every 3-4 weeks for a haircut and beard trim, I can honestly say they have done a fantastic job since day one. Bethany has been my stylist since the beginning and she does a great job every time, but on the vary rare occasion that our schedules did not line up, (vacations, family, holidays etc) and my appointment needed to be with another stylist, I never had to worry Bethany would show the other stylist how it needed to be cut and trimmed and it always turned out great. The point is that no matter which person you are lucky enough to have for your hair appointment you will not only be in professional and experienced hands but will also be treated with kindness and genuine appreciation that only comes from people who truly care about what they do for a profession, and who take priority in providing the upmost satisfaction for each of their clients. Thank you to the entire staff of Bombshells.
- A lifetime customer-
Also they are local, so get out there and support your own Murfreesboro.

Sad to write this review but feel others should be aware. I have been going here a couple years for hair cuts and never had any issues until I decided to lighten my hair. This picture is what I got and it was taken after my second appointment after I asked her to fix the line(obviously not fixed). I was told she couldn’t see it and “too bad it’s not on the back of your head so you wouldn’t notice.” She told me she would fix it, but didn’t and was pretty rude to me my whole appointment. She then said she could add an extra 15 min to my next appointment 8 weeks later to fix it. I have lost all trust in this salon and decided to go somewhere else to have it fixed. It took my new stylist 4 hours to correct all the mistakes as there were more lines that I just couldn’t see. It also ended up costing significantly less than what I paid here and looks so much better now.

I made a post on Facebook yesterday looking for someone to highlight my blonde hair after multiple stylists have messed it up. All sorts of people got tagged, and someone from Bombshells reacted out to me. I stated how someone from Bombshells royally messed my hair up and then treated me poorly after, and they replied on the post that they felt awful about my experience, how they have fired a lot of people, and would love the opportunity to redeem themselves - to show they're a "five star salon" and "make it right". They asked my name in the system, and when I replied with my name and who my stylist was, they deleted all their comments from my post...aka their offer. Not that I would've everrrr returned to a place who treated me so badly when I had returned the day after my appt to discuss them fixing my hair, (which they didn't) but I'm just shaking my head at how I've had yet another tacky customer service interaction from this establishment. So. Since they wanted to know what went wrong at my first appointment and apparently forgot who I am, here's a reminder to whoever contacted me from the salon, of what Bri did to my hair during a "full highlight" about 9 months ago. Awful hair service and horrible customer service afterwards, which I just got a nice refresher of. I should've read the yelp reviews first, I wouldn't have ever gone there.

You really cannot go wrong with any stylist here. Each person has their own approach and style. But I really jive well with Emilie. She has lots of tricks up her sleeve when it comes to my thick, "flippy" hair. She has curly hair herself, so she knows what's up. If you have thick or textured hair, I highly recommend Emilie!!

I went in with virgin hair with no natural gray. I requested balayage with some brighter parts around the face and no bleach on the roots at all. Instead I got a full head of foil highlights that left me with chunky orange and gray stripes from root to tip. The temples are straight silver blue and look exactly like natural grey streaks. I also asked for a face framing layered cut, but ended up with a bi-level chop that took literally 60 seconds. I paid $250 plus tip but did not ask them to stay in that budget, that's just what they charged, so this wasn't from me being too cheap for a quality service. The only thing nice I can say is that they did a great job styling my natural curls, which is why I didn't take in the full extent of the bad highlights until I got home. I don't know if they'd be responsive to feedback. I have not asked for them to fix it because frankly my hair is already crispy and I'm afraid to let them touch it again. Photos are immediately before, immediately after, and the next day.
