As a customer I enjoyed the products that I received. However as an ambassador I wish that I could say the same. I have been overly patient and understanding with them. I am currently owed over $100 by this company due to an issue (PayPal) that I was told would be resolved several times. When reaching out i rarely receive a reply. I was also falsely promised free merch due to my sales and advertising for this company. However as stated before I enjoyed the products that I actually did receive. I would be glad to remove this review once the issue is resolved but until then here is my current experience.

Had an hiccup with the company but spoke with the owners and going to be good moving for a new company trying to handle all the orders thing could be missed but the company is doing well so far and I see this company doing wonders in the future

My order had been taking a while to get shipped out and I wrote to the owner of Boro built about this issue. He called me back on his personal cell phone and insured me he would ship out my box that night and refund my order for the inconvenience. Extremely professional and there are still some communication problems for the average customer but that’s understandable for a small business and it’s seems like they’re working on improving it as they continue to grow.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order last month on the 12th. After about 4-5 days of placing my order, I did not receive any notifications if it was shipped. I sent an email asking about my order and I never heard back. About 10 days went by so I decided to call and the person who answered was unable to provide any details because he wasn’t the manager. He explained he would let the manager know about my concern. However, I never heard back from the manager. In the next week and a half I sent another 3 emails following up and I still never received a response. My package finally was sent out on the 28th (16 days after ordering!). The only response I ever received from this company was a generic, automated email on the 28th saying they had a delay on one of their proteins and that’s why the orders were sent out late. Why couldn’t one of my four emails be answered explaining this beforehand? I think the Boro Box is a very cool and unique sell but don’t expect getting new stuff every time. By my 3rd box I was already receiving stuff I received in my first 2 boxes. I understand they won’t be able to give new items every time but it shouldn’t take 3 boxes before items are already overlapping. Horribly ran business that doesn’t care about the customer, only the money.

Terrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! Site says same day shipping and I only live an hour away. Well when it didn't ship still 4 days after ordering I contacted them and they gave a rap excuse as to why it hadn't shipped. Almost 1.5 weeks after ordering it still hadn't shipped so I have attempted to contact them 3 times now to get a refund and cancel my subscription and no one has gotten back to me! Absolutely trash customer service, company, and experience! Don't do it!!!!

It has now been over two weeks since I ordered a borobox. I was initially supposed to receive the box over a week ago. Once I notice there was a shipping issue through my tracking app I reached out to the company two different times and they took DAYS to answer even though they were posting on instagram multiple times a day. They got back to me Monday of this week and said the order had just been shipping out and it will be here by Wednesday, still nothing. It hasn’t even left Tennessee according to the tracking app.

False advertising. Does not come with a multitude of samples. I've emailed and called them multiple times to no avail.

Ordered 2 bags of the MTS multivitamin was only shipped 1 of 2 contacted them multiple times 1st time we're sorry it was our mistake we'll get that order right out to you couple weeks later no delivery 2nd contact sorry it's the holidays the order is showing lost we need to make a claim that will take 48 hours 3rd contact a few weeks later yes sir the order was lost we'll be sending your order right out 4th contact a couple weeks later sorry for the delay but we're waiting for the product to be restocked still nothing. They are good with communicating but don't follow through with what they say.

I signed up for the monthly subscription and just got my first Boro Box! It has great value, some great brands, and a variety of products. I even got it sooner than they anticipated, with a handwritten thank-you note. I appreciate the time and service. Thank you all!
