I stopped at BP as I have for 5 years but I had a bad experience there, I bought chicken and I ordered 3 chicken tenders and 3 baked chicken leggs and I also got a med coffee and she rang it up and chargedMe $ 18.26 for the chicken and coffeeI thought that was high for what I gotSo this morning I stopped and told the ladyWhat took place and she said yes that was too high, but could not return my money and to fix the problem she offer me a cup of coffee this all took place on Tuesday 2/13/2024 and the next morning 2/14/2024 3 chicken tenders 5.993 baked chicken leggs 4.99Cup of coffeeTotal they charge me $18.26All they want to do is give me a cup of coffee that is expensive coffee I declinedAfter 5 years of buying chicken tendersI will not be back!!!!!!!!!

Pumps are out of receipt paper most of the time. Most of the squeegees are missing, and the troughs are typically empty or might have a nasty smelling bug soup in them. The parking lot is always sticky. Trash is typically scattered all over the parking lot and around the pumps. Trashcans can be overfill at times. Only one bathroom available and it's nasty. Employees are rude.
