Terrible !! If you run a business don’t use this location I had a reservation and contacted prior to pick up. Drive a hour to get there to be told we couldn’t pick up the truck. Then waited another hour for another employee to show up to state that the card I used I had to be there to swipe my card !! What’s the point of paying online !!! Then u was told I had to pay double !!! This is a huge inconvenience!!! Unprofessional and my company will not be using this location ever again.. horrible experience, don’t waste your time if you have a business or working with a time frame !!!! Go else where

Wonderful service so far from this location. They even offered to stay a little late to allow us to pick up a truck. Would rent from them again if the need arises again.
