I’ve had a fantastic experience living here at Albion. The management team is incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The amenities, such as the well-maintained gym and the relaxing pool area, truly enhance the living experience. The grounds are always clean and beautifully landscaped, creating a pleasant environment. The community here is friendly and welcoming, which adds a great sense of belonging. Overall, Albion offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. Shout out to my girls Angela, Cameron, Savanah, Anna, and my main man Sam! They make living at Albion feel like home.

Decent living space but HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT. They will try to scam you out of every penny you have. They will try to charge you extra rent and make you do call and email 20 times before its fixed.
Currently I am dealing with a situation in which no rent was charged to my account until the 1st! So I thought I was smart and paid what I thought was the rent in advance and check back a few days later and there are more fees on my account than I anticipated which means there is a late fee on.
Live here if you'd like it to make it your monthly job to defend the rent that was negotiated at the start of the lease!

I used to live here when it was Campus Crossings and it was an awesome experience until new management/company took over. Believe these 1 star reviews and trust me when I tell you, these people do not care about you. I honestly hope this place struggles due to high vacancy because that’s what it’s looking like. This place is the worst Murfreesboro has to offer for a living space.

I will never forgive you guys for how awfully priced you’ve made this property. I lived here in 2020 and paid 419!!! A MONTH! A one bedroom next to a college campus on property that was SOLD FOR STUDENTS TO LIVE ON! Being 1300+ for a ONE BEDROOM! Is the most disgusting greedy low down thing I have ever seen in my entire existence. I know yall as the staff didn’t do this but yalls bosses the owners are the most empty excuses for humans ever and absolute slumlords. I really hope people stop renting here and realize how absolutely disgusting it is to rip off completely innocent students pursuing an education instead of exploiting others.

Terrible customer service and management for online application. No one picks up the phone despite having called each of the 3 listed phone numbers multiple times within listed business hours on different days. Additionally, there is no “hold” function so the call simply kicks you off, the website application function for getting a lease is broken, and even when we did get through once, the lady on the phone promised to send us lease information but never did. Not worth the hassle.

Terrible management here. The women in the office don’t really know what they are doing. I don’t know if they’re bad at the job or they really just don’t care about anything. When talking to them about important things, be sure to record the conversation because they will lie and act like they never even talked to you about it. Don’t believe any reviews in the last year that are 4 or 5 stars, they are fake. Especially if they mention a specific name like Victoria or Savannah. Victoria especially was the worst one there.

Just signed my lease renewal for Albion and could not be happier with where I live and, the direction the complex is going. From day one the staff (especially Savannah) have been very helpful with any questions, comments, maintenance requests, or concerns i’ve had. And the new complex manager Sam Houston very noticeably takes pride in getting to know the residents here as well as making sure we’re happy and the complex is being well taken care of. Not to mention the location for the price point. As a student, and full time worker having restaurants, gas stations, and the square so close to my front door is a huge plus. And for students looking for off campus housing Albion offers all the freedom of renting your own apartment while being quite literally across the street from MTSU’s campus. I look forward to the growth of the complex and my next year here at Albion Murfreesboro!

This place is awesome. They are doing allot of work to consistently strive to be even better than they currently are. Employees and residents are super friendly and very chill. And any issues I had with the unit when moving in were taken care of super quick by the maintenance team. Truly one of the best apartment I've lived in.

This place really can use some management skills. My kids and her roommates just finished their application for Jun. paid all the fees. They have started this process for over a month ago, even have to walk in the office because their system keeps missing to send their info to everyone on the lease. They finally got it done after so many calls, and even got a confirmation message for the office that they will hold the room until the 19th of April while they process everything. Today, is the 11th and my kid just got a message that the room is no longer available due to their system error. And they will no be issuing a refund. After a long phone conversation, they assaying that it will take a month for them to issue the refund.
I hope who ever is in charge of this is reading this and get it fixed in a timely manner.

I lived at this apartment complex from Fall 2020 to Spring 2023. I was there when they changed management from Campus Crossings to Albion Murfreesboro. When I moved into my first apartment in the Fall of 2020 under Campus Crossings, there was literal dog crap on my patio. The management said they would clean it then went back on their word because I 'moved in as is.' Campus Crossings also had a pregnant woman (along with her baby daddy illegally) move in with 2 college women. I say that to tell you to be sure to try not to have a random roommate. You never know WHO they will stick you with. The maintenance staff of this complex has always been very nice and very prompt. I have nothing negative to say regarding them. There also were 2 shootings during my time living in this complex. Under Albion management, my apartment contracted fleas from the stray cats that roam the property. The cats would frequent our patio (we were on the first floor) and the fleas travelled inside the apartment, giving us an infestation where I personally contracted over 50 flea bites within a few days period. They made us pay for the apartment to be treated for fleas when yet we contracted the fleas from the cats that they would not take care of properly. They also tried to charge random amounts of money MONTHS after I had moved out. The complex as a whole is trying to branch away from being 'campus housing' when yet the complex is RIGHT next to campus. Sure the rent is cheap, but be prepared for having anyone and everyone living with you.
