As a contractor who travels for work , I always make sure I make reservations at this location. The entire staff always has a smile and they never mind resetting my room card.Thank you to Amashia for helping with extra towels.

Decent place and has a decent bed. It was clean and nice with a helpful front desk attendant so that accounts for 5 stars.

Stayed here on a business trip. The first room we were put in had cockroaches crawling out from under the fridge. When we told the girl at the front desk about it and asked for a better room due to the roaches we were told we would have to cover any additional cost of an upgrade, this was after first being told the other rooms were "unavailable" but finding out quickly on the website that they were available. We travel quite often and have never been told we would have to cover any cost for an upgrade due to severe issues with a room. We did get moved to a new room just down the hall, but it smelt like someone spilled a whole bottle of perfume in it so we were put next door to that room, but they were the same layout as the previous room. There is a $50 incidental, and what doesn't get told to you upon check in is if you booked more than 7 days you get an additional $83 added to that pre-authorization. Other than the cockroaches, the rooms are pretty sound proofed, and our car didn't get broken into so I would assume it's a pretty safe area. Hot water starts to runs out after about 10 min in the shower, and the dishwashers sound like a freight train when they're running so you can't run them at night. The floors were swept, but turned our feet black within an hour of being in the room. For $100+ a night there is also no breakfast. For being a IHG hotel we definitely expected way better. Here's to hoping we didn't bring any creepy crawlies home.

The manager...aka Spring was high and could not stop chewing her mouth. Was unable to turn off air conditioning....even after several calls. Was yelled at by male manager for having a wax melt on. The WORST Candlewood I have ever visited!!! Not to mention all of the long stay guest kept the grilling area full of weed smoke and nothing was ever corrected!!!

I visited this hotel for a one night quick stop through. I stayed in a king suite. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and I felt safe, which is important when traveling alone.

BED BUGS!!!! Stayed here four nights and right after I got home broke out in dozens of bug bites. Quickly became clear I had been eaten up by bed bugs. Avoid, avoid, avoid. No excuse for an IHG chain hotel to have a bed bug problem.

No fire alarm and the room is so stinky. This place is a mess there tub doesn't hold water for a bath not that it's in any condition to do so. This is the first Candlewood that iv visited that doesn't offer complementary breakfast. The worst IHG hotel I have ever visited.

I’m a long-standing IHG rewards member, I’ve stayed at other Candlewood Suites, and I hesitated giving this hotel 5 stars but honestly it met my expectations and I have no serious complaints. I read some recent reviews about mold but never saw or smelled anything bad. I had a room with a king bed on the third floor for a couple nights and it was great. The kitchenette was clean and had the basics of what you’d need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Personally I like that housekeeping only comes once a week or when you need them. Anything to help keep the costs down and minimize unnecessary cleaning and washing. Front desk staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Parking lot was well lit. Elevator worked fine. Exercise room was fine and treadmills worked great. Free coffee wasn’t terrible and all the sugar and creamer you want. Plenty of snacks and basic food things for sale. Free packets of instant oatmeal which I took advantage of and appreciated. It’s a decent hotel and a good Candlewood Suites.

I was staying at this hotel for a extended length of time for work. During my stay I witnessed many staff members fired, often visits by the police. I brought several times to the manager about the smell of mold and the dampness in my room she told me the A/C units needed to be cleaned. That was false as I learned about the serious mold problem in this hotel. There were a total of 15 rooms that could not be sold due to the black mold. During my stay the room across from me had a water leak that flooded the hallway and the water ran into my room as well I let the front desk know about the water in my room. No action was taken I had to clean it up myself. As I was moving out of my I noticed my cloths and luggage I had in the bedroom closet was covered in Black Mold I showed it to the manager she told to have my cloths cleaned and she would pay for it. Needless to say she will not return my phone calls or emails. I have since seen a Doctor for symptoms of long term exposure to black mold and have hired an Attorney. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are so many other things wrong with this Hotel. The owner and the manager are the root of the problems.

I had reservations at this hotel for my mother \\u0026 family members who were victims of Hurricane Ian and lost everything. On the morning of the reservation a rep by the name of Laurie from the hotel called to tell me that it was canceled due to the property not accepting employee reservations. There was no sense of empathy AT ALL. They were more so interested in getting me off the phone. I wasn’t even offered to book at a regular rate. I asked for help with accommodations for hotels in the area ,but she basically told me I was on my own and that I needed to find something myself. I asked for a member of management as the situation was becoming extremely vexing as my family is dealing with a lot emotionally. However, to my surprise the Manager by the name of Jessica was complicit with the cancellation and immediately threw the blame on their regional manager Jason Miller. Ultimately you never know what people are going through and it would’ve been nice if at the very least 1 person showed that they cared.
