I can never get a hold of a bank representative!!! horriable customer service!
my brother passed away and my mother and I are trying to close the account, they could not assist my mother when she went into the branch and told her to leave told her I have me go into the branch? I dont understand why beacuse i can never speak to anyone over the phone. I live 16 hrs from my moms location . I live in texas and it is the same in my area as well. I bank with Wells fargo it is way better. they have more locations and better service.

Brenda is a wonderful financial advisor who always makes time to help me with my financial goals! She is kind and knowledgable, like the rest of the staff. Best bank there is!!!

Wanted to inquire about moving investments there. Called and got recording. Too busy now, call back later. Really? That is indicative of a poor management system and under staffed branch, or people who will not answer the phone. So, which is it?

Inquired and applied for a Chase Premier Ink card. Representative was Brooke Galloway, AVP over Business Banking and Relationship ManagementMy experience with Chase throughout this process was despicable. I have two accounts open with them that age out to an average of about 25 years on each account. Credit over 800 without a single blip on the radar. Twice she gave me the wrong phone number to reach her. Three times she stood me up for meetings Chase actually scheduled and put on my calendar (she blamed colleagues). Then she went against my clearly expressed wishes and issued me a single, unusable card (requested multiple) for a small fraction of the line requested (1/5 of requested amount). This was for a business with a proven track record dating back to the mid 1990s.I was assured through this process on multiple occasions that there would be clear and consistent communication. All I got was disservice, incredibly low accountability, and people reading from scripts all the reasons they couldn't help me or answer my questions further.Stay away from this branch, bank as a whole, and their cards.

Chase bank in general, not this branch. This has been the WORST banking experience I have ever had. In 6 months I have had more issues with this bank than I ever had with previous banks in 30 years. I can’t use mobile deposit because I’m over the limit. Have to wait for it to reset or drive 4 hours to deposit in person. They can’t/won’t raise the limit unless I am a business or a ‘private’ banker??? What does that even mean?

I wish zero stars were an option. I had gotten a call from Brenda to come in this week before my CD came due on Saturday. I called and left Brenda 2 voicemails with no return call. I travel frequently and made sure to go in today only to be told I have to come in on Saturday. Exact opposite of what I was told. I will be going in on Saturday to remove all my money from Chase. Chase was excellent back in the day, but beyond terrible now. The employee waiting on me today didn’t even know their Saturday hours. He’s only been there 6 months he said. Thanks for wasting my time today and Saturday.

If your not going to have anyone available to assist customers then close the building for lunch, don’t sit them in the lobby and say we are just waiting for so and so to come back from lunch in about 10 min, if you aren’t gonna have someone there to be able to help immediately then don’t be open.

If you are looking for a great bank, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to deposit a check into and have it withheld from you for 2 weeks then this is the bank for you. With rent and bills coming due, this bank has refused to release my deposit to me until October the 11th. After talking to customer service and them telling me that I need to wait is just ridiculous. I’m a single mother with an infant and home and I can’t even provide for my child because this bank decided to hold my hard earned money. How ridiculous is that?!?! I wish I never decided to go with this bank. Don’t bank here even if it’s the last bank on earth. I’d trust Cash App before I trust this piece of garbage. Consider this 1 star 0 stars. Y’all are about as worse as Wells Fargo.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would do 0 starts for this bank. The worst bank in town, please go to any other bank and avoid putting your money in this bank because you will not have access to your own money. The bankers at the branch have no idea what is happening and have to call up someone from Chase to get any kind of information on your account. They closed my accounts without giving me any reason other than to say I tried to commit a check fraud but the check was a self check from another bank and I was trying to deposit money into a newly opened chase account which the bankers had actually verified at the branch. They probably saw a brown guy depositing a big check and automatically decided it was fraudulent. Worst bank ever! Please save yourself some time and do not bank with them.

Chase in general is a great to bank with, HOWEVER this branch is pointless… ATM never works, when they should have the doors open for the ATM inside the branch they don’t! It’s suspicious how 2 employees walk in the branch and lock all the doors so the inside ATM can’t be used, I wonder what their doing ?
