I might not love Chase as a bank but every employee I have spoken with or worked with has been the NICEST humans. I would stay just for them if it made financial sense. If it works for you, I highly recommend this branch.

My five star rating is single-handedly earned by business banker Helman. I had been to this branch two weeks prior to try to open a business account, and the banker I spoke with was so unhelpful, and did not volunteer information that would have made the process much smoother. I needed to update my last name due to a marriage, and after so much runaround with customer service, I found out I could just do it in the branch and show my ID. The first banker was so rushed to move on, he left me on my own to figure it out with customer service via phone. I wasted two weeks. When my business partner and I came back the second time, our appointment was with Helman. Not only was he knowledgeable and explained every part of the process to us, he was an absolute pleasant person to work with. He opened our account without any issues. Thanks to him, my small business is with Chase Bank.

Had to come in to reopen my account bc when I did it online, they closed it on me within a couple days bc the balance was zero. The team of employees here are amazing. So patient and take care of everything you need. Thank you guys for having such great customer service! I wish I could remember the girls name that helped me for over an hour but either way, very happy with my experience here!
