Chili was burnt black but the rest was good. They should not have served it to my daughter. The staff was friendly and 4 of us ate appetizers and specialty drinks for just under $100.

CHILLI’s ON BROAD!!!!! Yoshani went above and beyond with the best hospitality ever! she exceeded our expectations, with her customer service and wonderful personality! plus all of our food came out correct and very quick!!! i will for sure be back! such an amazing atmosphere to enjoy dinner!!

Went to the Broad st location for lunch today, the best hamburger I have ever had. The fries was fresh hot and amazing! Service was great ! Will definitely go back next time we’re in Murfreesboro!!

I hadn’t been to Chili’s in ages. Saw a movie across the street, so we thought we would give Chili’s a try. Still the best Chips and salsa around. Great food and beverage specials- even on the weekend. Best of all, EXCEPTIONAL service!!! Sage was kind, attentive, intuitive and made coming back to Chili’s a no-brainer. Thank you for the exceptional customer service, Sage! See you again, soon!

Great Chilis to eat at. We had a party of 10, called ahead and the table was waiting for us, that's awesome, especially on a Friday night.Waitress was great and took great care of us. Standard Chili food was good as always.

I often go to Chili's ?️ and their service is always good, however this time, Maya gave us an above expectation service, she's as sweet as their mango tea ☕. Keep up the good work.

The worst customer service ever. It started with the hostess who wrote the wrong name down and never texted me for my table. The server for the table did not do a good job. It took 30 minutes for the appetizer to come. Another 30 minutes to tell me they did not have any egg rolls. They were all frozen. Piss Poor!!! What restaurant runs a skeleton crew on the weekend? I will never return.

Ran in for a bite before a movie. We opted to share the Triple Dipper sampler. Food and drinks were both delicious and our server made sure we were served and cleared promptly in time to make our move.

Our server Brie was amazing. First off we didn't get there until thirty minutes before closing. Brie said to take out time and gave some of the best service I have had in a long time. The food didn't disappoint either, but Brie was the real hero
