Lobby was a HOT mess. And the drink machine area wasn't stocked. My husband even told the employees they might want to clean up before a secret shopper arrives and discovers the mess. Food was good though.

Everytime we DoorDash they mess up the order. Seems they also skimp out on the portion size as well. Best to go there and order so you can make sure they fill up your meal completely and correctly! Also Everytime I have gone in to order the servers are extremely rude and unhelpful.

For the past three times after 8:00 p.m. it seems to be online orders only. I went there on January, the 2nd week of February and today, 02-23-24. Today I was told the credit card system was down, so I offered to pay cash. The cashier seemed ok if I was gonna pay with the exact change which I was, yet one of the line servers told him not to. If you’re not going to customize your order to the point, don’t waste your time. They’re probably overwhelmed with DoorDash, Uber eats, etc…

Ayoo I didn’t go in with my man last night because he went after work but we order the same thing everytime and who ever wrapped that chicken burrito with a side of guac and his lil steak and quest bowl he gets I just wanna say THANK YOU. It was a short lil THICCUMS burrito and I loved every bit of it perfect amount of service area to spread the guac on it was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. I wish you all good things in life!

The food was delicious but my friends and I left shortly after ordering due to the very rude 01/23 night shift staff. We all understand that staff could have had a bad night but they were so rude we felt uncomfortable eating in so we all just sat in the car. Honestly if you want to eat your Chipotle in a good atmosphere try the one on Memorial Boulevard instead.

I went to Chipotle around 9 and they pre-closed at 9:30 (they close at 11), I was sitting around with some friends and the employee dropped a chair and I said “damn that hurt my ears”, with a clear smile on my face because I was joking. Not only was the employee extremely unprofessional and belligerent, but he dared to ask us to leave. The manager who came outside, clearly seeing her disrespectful employee decided that it was in her best interest to take his side, even though the employee was blowing this all out of proportion, I get everybody has bad days, but your job as an employee is to be respectful and courteous with customers no matter what and I know this because, I have worked in the food industry before for years so, I have quite the experience when it comes to dealing with customers.

It's a fast food restaurant. Some of the employees are more concerned with their cell phones than the customer. Personally I think the.peice is a bit high. Overall, for a quick meal it is good.

Normally - Chipotle is one of our favorites. We stopped by this one on a trip - they had no chicken, steak, Carne Asada or fajita peppers/onions. Only options were 'plant based protein' or barbacoa. Nice management - why open the restaurant?

In years past this location was wonderful, but the last two visits have been disappointing. Most recently on 12/16/23 I went on for a quick bowl while Christmas shopping. I asked for the corn salsa + extra salsa (amongst other toppings) and the employee was very stingy with the cheese. I've never experienced this before- I had to twice ask for more cheese... I checked out and went to my vehicle to eat a bit. I took a bite and the corn salsa was completely frozen! I thought maybe it was just that bite, so I tried another area of the bowl.....no luck. It was like eating a corn salsa popsicle. ??. I promptly returned the bowl inside. The staff acted like they were completely inconvenienced that I was requesting a refund and I didn't want them to remake the bowl. My appetite was not interested in any more chipotle. Very dissatisfied.

Placed a door dash order, used to have to call to do half pinto and half black beans, now there is an annoying bot that answers the phone, cannot call the store at all, don’t even bother trying. They should just close the phone number. Easy fix, just won’t order anymore :)
