I called for a quote on Friday and was told I’d receive a call back on Saturday due to computer issues. After a week with no response, I called again to check on the status of my quote and was told once more that I would get a call back. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere due to the lack of communication.

Very unprofessional business, it’s been a month that I been trying to get a hold of Jessica Logan and she does not return my calls or emails or even texts. so my policy got cancelled and now I’m paying extra because of her negligence.

I made some policy change to the existing policy before next renew date. First I was told it would be applied to the next renew premium a couple of times. However I terminated it anyway as I switched out eventually due to a better rate from a different company. Then agent said there would not be prorated refund as it was within the next renew notice.
This what I found through chatgpt.
If you make a change before the renewal date, it should generally apply to your current policy term, not the renewal term yet.
Premium is normally recalculated based on the change, and if the change reduces coverage or risk (e.g., remove a car, lower coverage, move to cheaper location), you should normally get a pro-rated refund or credit.
Just want everyone else be warned about this from Allstate.

We have had exceptional service from the very beginning, since we started doing business with this agency. Jessica Logan worked extensively with us to get coverage for our home and auto’s that were superior to our previous insurer, at a reasonable price. She and others in the agency are very responsive when we have questions.

Looks like I’m searching for a new insurance company. We’ve had bundled insurance with Allstate for 3 years, but at this point Christopher is unresponsive. He told us our insurance would go down after my teenage son had been covered for a year. It’s been over a year and I’ve only seen the prices go up. I’ve emailed 5 times now with no response. No communication, poor customer service. It started out good, what happened?

He was helpful when we were getting quotes after moving to Tennessee. Unfortunately when we needed help with a claim that occurred back in December 2023 which was 100% the other drivers fault ( it still hasn’t been resolved nor have we been reimburse 4 months later). The lack of customer service and professionalism was astonishing. Not answering phone calls and not returning messages that were left on a recording.
