Absolute worst. They can't seem to comprehend nor complete the simplest of tasks. 2 days worth of trouble for the most basic exchange of merchandise. On the 2nd visit, different cashier it took almost an hour and a call to an off duty manager to provide the most basic instruction to scan the old item, select exchange and scan the new item. Come on now.... Then I placed a 24hr hold on an item at 6:30pm. I watched the manager place my name on the item and place it in the back. I returned at 11:30am to be told verbatim "It's ain't back there. They put it back on the shelf but you can go get it I seent it". Bless it 🤦🏽♀️ Just drive to the Antioch location. It's so much easier to shop there.

They have some good gems, you really have to look. I was told by a staff member that. They only order two boxes in every size. So when it’s gone, it’s gone get it as soon as you see it!

Omg had the worst time last night just trying to trade in not get money back just a bigger size Jean for my daughter to be able to wear to school today,never the less was absolutely lied to disrespected in front of my daughter's and told to just eat it and that my daughter would have to do without after her Dad bought her the jeans and that the store didn't accept clothing returns unless the tags where still attached to the article in the way the store did it???lol I knew I was being lied to and made look like a fool in front of my children,,they have to be present with recipes not attached,,wasted trip,,wasted gas,,wasted time,,and my daughter had to suffer because of this negligence and nothing more than just not wanting to to it hating on us and wanting to get off, smdh...🙄

Store hours is 10am and I'm standing out front after 10am and I see people walking around. At least you can come to the door and let me in or say we're closed.

I absolutely have to say this is my new favorite store. Some of the best buys ever. Very trendy updated clothes.and of course I always find me something. I would recommend this store especially if you like stylish clothes with great prices.

I went in there with my 9 year old son only to be discriminated and told all sales are final at checkout. I didn't buy any undergarments for it to be said. The woman behind the counter was racist because we're white. After handing my receipt to me which states they do offer a 30 day return policy. Thanks for showing my son what discrimination and racism looks like.
