I used Cornerstone for years. Then I began to be charged $3 monthly for a statement fee. I recently opened an account to use for an auto loan, but got a better rate elsewhere so I called to close the account. I was charged $25 as a closing fee which was never mentioned when I called about closing the account. Basically this company took $28 from my account for nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Front line folks are friendly and helpful. Lending department was unprofessional, lacked communication and honestly just disappointed me as a fellow lender. Of course it could be that the lender that picked up my file was over eager to begin her vacation. Bad timing on my part.

Customer service is awful and their accounts/rules are just ridiculous. IvI' had money disappear, charges that were unexplained, math didn't add up, all kinds of issues. Cancelling my account with them asap.
