First time in and last time in! The women with the short reddish/brown hair with glasses, is the rudest person ever! The minute you walk in, she doesn't greet you she raises her voice and says "I hope your a professional before you shop here!" Acts like a drill Sargent! her helper seems afraid of her, can't make a decision on her own! Horrible, just lost another customer!

This store is so incredibly unprofessional, unorganized, and under stocked. I’ve shopped at salon centric, state, and Cosmo and Cosmo AS A WHOLE, is a constant nightmare and I dread having to shop here but unfortunately for specific brands I have to. There is never any knowledgeable answer on products or restock nor does anyone want to go out of their way to help. The amount of times “I don’t know” I’ve heard for an answer is ridiculous. Go to Smyrna or order online. Don’t waste your time

The movie theater was pretty clean. Of course, the prices at the concession stand are outrageous, and the popcorn did not taste very fresh.
