My phone is only a little over a year old. I couldn't get the USB cord to properly attach in my to charge. I didn't have the money for a new phone if course I had upgrade options but didn't have the money really so I was about to spend my only money left and noticed something in the charge port. The lady working there I didn't catch her name but she fixed my phone and I really appreciated that, so when I do get another phone I will definitely buy one from there and recommend people to go there.

Karen was great I had issues from my online order and was told 2 days before service would work,she went above and beyond to get the issue fixed at closing time I recommend them to everyone
