  I bought a Samsung A54 5G from this store a year and a half ago and they told me that the phone would be unlocked after 6 months and today after a year and 6 months I went back to them about unlocking the phone and they told me that this phone was not purchased from their store

  These people are horrible. If you don’t speak spanish don’t go. They treated me as if I shouldn’t be there. I would drive anywhere else but here even if it’s 30 miles away.

  This place was absolutely terrible. There was a guy he was so disrespectful, we specifically told him, “We have 3 lines and we want to add another one, can you do it?” And he was acting like he was born yesterday saying that he doesn’t understand and he was saying things like "so what" , I mean, what’s so hard not understanding it?

  The young lady who helped us today was amazing. She called the other store twice about ebay phones they had when my dad kept asking questions. She was fantastic.

  I would like to say that I had the best help when I went into Cricket on Rutherford. Jack, who is the manager was friendly, personable and very kind. He solved several issues with my phone in a timely manner. I would recommend this location very highly.
