So I had Caitlin as my tour giver and she was very professional and I felt like family. She went over everything and answered every question I had. All around great personnel and nice staff. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

The gym is good and the trainers are good. The problem is they continue to charge you even after canceling over and over again . There is never a manager to fix the issue there. The lady who is in charge of it is always on vacation. I’m reasonable and understand mistakes happen but not multiple times and money isn’t something to keep messing up.

Charged me random amounts 3 times then said they had no record of it so they couldn’t refund me. Ignored my calls and emails, ignored BBBs attempts to get in contact. Lost over $100

Alexis is the first personal trainer I’ve worked with, and he’s seriously set the standard. He’s motivating, knowledgeable, and makes every session feel productive. I’ve already seen progress and grown in my knowledge in different targeted workout regimens, and I actually enjoy working out now!

I enjoy my time at CRUNCH! Connor established a great routine for me and that routine has allowed me muscle growth and weight loss. The gym is very clean and organized and the staff are helpful. Highly recommend!

They have been doing a good job with cleaning recently, but the people that use the bathroom at this gym are disgusting I constantly find blood and feces in the toilet seats walls and floor. They get cleaned up now at least. And this gym has the same problem every gym has in Murfreesboro which is far too many members for the space. Someone needs to build like 10 more gyms in town.

I've been a member for a few months now and the experience has been positive throughout but the new management addressed a few minor inconveniences and elevated the customer service experience - thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this gym.

BEWARE, You sign this contract with your life. They refuse to let me out of my contract because i didn’t come in person and cancel. I’ve sent several emails requesting to cancel my membership it’s been almost a year and they still charge me. I have to prove i don’t live locally. FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP ??? It’s none of their business. I have taken legal action against this company. It’s ridiculous at this point just release me !!!!

I have been a member since this location opened and over the last two years this location has become extremely poor. Machines always broken and take weeks to get repaired. Employees are useless. (This morning for instance I was asked to rescan at the front desk after already doing it once and we'll past the front desk, all because the employee was too busy on their phone and not working.) This is all just the tip of the iceberg. I can no longer recommend this gym to anyone.
